It does work😂. We broke up, two weeks later I contacted him and it was a fail. When he said no, i started the no contact and never broke it. Three months later he texted to test the waters. I didnt appear too desperate. To make the story short, after three months of no contact we came back and now we are married😂

I knew at that point the ball was jn my court lol. I realized that i love him so much that a piece of paper (marriage) mean nothing without him so i was ok not getting married as long as i have him. She's not going to like you again if you don't work on being a better you. It's just unfortunate I was with a cheat, so I didn't take her back after she dumped me when I caught her. Also, don't look for guarantees of her returning. If they genuinely had zero feelings at all, they likely won't return. Either way, being a better you and ignoring her is the most attractive and only thing you can do to get her back.

You haven't seen him for six weeks post breakup or you haven't seen him in six weeks before he broke up with you. Either way it makes me think maybe someone else he was interested in and monkey branched to someone else. I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm 23, it's just really hard for me right now knowing that almost 3 years wasted with this person only for her to betray me for another guy. I'm still currently in pain too. Know that you're not alone in the hurt.
Doesn't work for every ex..If they are extremely stubborn they never talk you back...they just move on..simple things..no contact is for you for becoming a stronger person..that's all...nothing more nothing less.. my ex..is better without me...and iam stronger after that...

It’s been 8 weeks no contact and he reached out to me with a “heyy”. I did not respond. After the break up and how he discarded me, you’d think he’d say something more. I don’t know what his intentions were, but I hear to never respond to their first time reaching out (if they have wronged you) after no contact, bc usually it’s not something that substantial anyway. Day 5 of no contact and I’m still struggling . It’s been 17 days since the end of a 6 year relationship . We talked off and on for the first couple of days talking about what went wrong and having a better understanding . She said she’s certainly not saying never ever again with us getting back together but for now I’ll leave her be and become a monster in the gym and really focus on my self care. Usually I’d imagine that it only works if she was to lose attraction for you because you aren’t the same man that she once loved or met etc…. In other words you didn’t necessarily do anything wrong to her but she fell out of love because of who you have become. I can see no contact working in that scenario…. But in my situation… the basis is that I have done something to upset her. So in general, would you say that it can work if she perceives something you did as wrong to hurt her feelings?

So in your case if u don't break no contact I'm sure she'll come back because no matter how big is the problem if you're meant together you'll always find a way getting back together. Keep studying yourself and know if your negative thoughts are legit or just a bad habit, we need to train our minds to be more positive and social, don't fall on that sadness spiral for too much time if you have a breakup because life has more to give we need to focus on our path.

My gf told me she wanted to move in with her friends and be independent for a bit. We were perfect soulmates that never had a big issue in the relationship except our individual problems. My situation is a little different, I was in a friends with benefits scenario and ended up falling for her. She said no and we stopped contact for about 2 months or so before getting back in touch again. Then I made the mistake of sleeping with her once more and regained those feelings I had for her previously. I found out about 6 weeks ago that she is seeing another guy and it completely crushed me. Day 5 of no contact and I’m still struggling . It’s been 17 days since the end of a 6 year relationship . We talked off and on for the first couple of days talking about what went wrong and having a better understanding . She said she’s certainly not saying never ever again with us getting back together but for now I’ll leave her be and become a monster in the gym and really focus on my self care. If she hasn’t reached out by day 90 I’ll say my final goodbye. We had a very healthy relationship and really no issues outside of I had a kid in a previous relationship and she gets really upset from time to time about me having already experienced that. I understand where she’s coming from but she knew this day 1 . If she was the one with a kid I wouldn’t care about it. I’m certain me and her would have been together for life had it not been this one hurdle but like I said she tells me she’s not mature enough to get over that

@@blacademiccoach blac I’d like to ask you a simple question: does no contact work though if YOU did something wrong to make her mad or upset with you? Usually I’d imagine that it only works if she was to lose attraction for you because you aren’t the same man that she once loved or met etc…. In other words you didn’t necessarily do anything wrong to her but she fell out of love because of who you have become. I can see no contact working in that scenario…. But in my situation… the basis is that I have done something to upset her. So in general, would you say that it can work if she perceives something you did as wrong to hurt her feelings?
@joebermuda6452 idk about your case but mine was maybe the same she left me because I did something really big I'd rather not say what but she came back.
So in your case if u don't break no contact I'm sure she'll come back because no matter how big is the problem if you're meant together you'll always find a way getting back together.

@@blacademic life update, I almost forgot her and realized my life is better without her, I have a better social life and also I found a good job. I call it a win, and her loss. Keep studying yourself and know if your negative thoughts are legit or just a bad habit, we need to train our minds to be more positive and social, don't fall on that sadness spiral for too much time if you have a breakup because life has more to give we need to focus on our path.
I haven't talked to my ex/boyfriend for 3 to 4 days and all he's said are "hey." "Thanks for replying" lmao. He's been such a jerk and abusive with his words making me feel like im the only one messing up in our relationship when im not. Can't wait for him to realize what he's throwing away, no other girl is going to put up with all that and still stay but like an idiot I did till it was too late.

It works, my ex (a female) broke up with me Feb,semi saw me until late March, then randomly texted me late August saying how she’s so fkn sorry for doing that to me and I didn’t deserve it (4.5 months later ) and showed up that night (made her wait two days before I answered and didn’t ask her to come and said what when she said she was). I didn’t go no contact for a bit in the beginning, I tried for a month or two. It’s hard when you have feelings, the two other gfs I have now they get mad or say they’re done and I just don’t respond or leave, (they’re never done) but her I love her so ironically it’s easy for her to leave lol. Says she loves me again and everything came over every day. I watched your videos for hope and to feel better the first couple months. Hope this makes someone else feel better and if that didn’t, she got chubby and I lost tons of weight and almost got a six pack and have a Maserati now. She was looking at all the other girls stuff here saying how’s she sad she let that happen and did it to herself. I also believe it helped that when she was at the nastiest point saying the meanest hurtful things to me I didn’t say anything back that was bad or she would remember since it was out of character for her. Well hope this makes someone feel better or helps them through. I would scour the comments for proof comments of it working.

@@marcGOAT1 we were on and off. I went to talk to him and fix things but he decided to end definetly. So i accepted, blocked everything and kept going.

My husband cheated and left 3 weeks ago. He has not talked to me since then. I know that I need to stop messaging him, but the hardest part is knowing that he doesn't know or care about what I have been through in this relationship. He hasn't listened before. Why would he listen now? My plan is to go no contact starting today. I have thought this before, but it's hard when more and more things surface. All the harsh truths that I never told him before. My lover just left me because I did not want to live together her. Otherway we had a very good relationship. We gave each other freedom and were lovers and good friends supporting each other. But she left me suddenly, without any explanation. I did no contact for 3 months and then asked friendly how she is and could she help me with some things. She answered posh and arrogant way that she has happy life with another man and she is not interested in helping me at all.

My gf told me she wanted to move in with her friends and be independent for a bit. We were perfect soulmates that never had a big issue in the relationship except our individual problems. I just let her go but I truly believe she’s the one. Hopefully applying no contact and giving her space, she will reflect and come back.

I had cancer 7 years ago he knew it already but we got serious about relationship and wanted to step forward (marriage) he told about my condition to his parents and after that he disappeared and said i should think about that, i am doubtful and ... it was a 3 years relationship 😞 he left me because of few scars on my body ! I want him to regret badly! It was a wonderful relationship and we never had a fight or argument !

Went no contact for 48 days broke it 27 days in because my baby(niece I take care of) wanted to talk to him.. and we’re back together now working on our relationship.. it’s better than ever ❤ he actually had went on a date and chatted with a rebound .. when I found out that I told him he was using her to get over me.. sent him some of these videos he watched them and called the rebound and told her he was using her to get over me and he wanted to work on his relationship.. My situation is a little different, I was in a friends with benefits scenario and ended up falling for her. She said no and we stopped contact for about 2 months or so before getting back in touch again. Then I made the mistake of sleeping with her once more and regained those feelings I had for her previously. I found out about 6 weeks ago that she is seeing another guy and it completely crushed me. I spoke to her a while back and said that I’m breaking away from her and she got all teary saying “why can’t we just be friends” but I’m not having a bar of that.
It’s been 4 weeks of NC but I’m still feeling lost and confused, it does get easier but I think I still have a long way to go.
