Here's a comment I left or reddit r/exnocontact, where the OP thought she was "playing it cool" but she hardly was. Her ex simply said "good morning" and the person responded with a whole paragraph "drawing her boundaries". "Agreed, not playing it cool at all. He wrote two words. You wrote a whole sentence. His was a "low effort" text. You should always mirror the level of "effort" or do less, not more." Hope this helps

Agreed! No contact helps you move on, period! Your ex is not missing you when their the one who dumped you and no longer wanted to be involved. It's false hope to think this will bring someone back into your life who left for their own selfish reasons, honestly. Do no contact for you and move on in a better mental and physical state.
Not everyone uses social media. If you care for someone, you will know about there well being without tracking their moods by what they post. In fact, social media has become a passive aggressive way to connect or disconnect with people without any real emotions, explanation, or consequences. Dialogue is dead. It's quite lame and a crutch for cowards because they can simply ignore, block, or text without any emotion to someone when they don't have the courage to explain how they truly feel.

1. They post breakup posts on social media 2. If they show up to places where you visit often 3. They contact your friends/family & enquire about you 4. They are curious about you, just wanna check on you They wanna know if you are dating someone They contact you
If you check their feed you gonna stay in loop and will take longer to move on. No contact means total withdraw. If they want you they will contact. Use the time to raise your vibration, it's hard but totally necessary. Don't watch them it only slows your personal development and healing!
No contact means “ Absolutely no contact “ . That means cut off every social media filter . If ex wants forgiveness, she/ he will find or look for you, no need for social media to ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness should be awarded in person , straight forward ! Discussions through social media is so immature and could lead to more problems

Tokyo Nitro it’s so hard! You can stick with her if she sticks with her meds. It’s so hard though if she’s titrating because she’s still working on the pharmaceutical fix that works for her. You should tell her that you support her fully, but you will leave her to it and support her while it happens. Titrating is hard and disturbing and exhausting and requires a commitment that will not allow a real relationship. But she will be fabulous once she’s medicated correctly.

I always practice no contact, regardless of who broke up. It's the way, I was thought as a child. Don't go where you're not welcome. And it always worked. So that part, I've always done. But I learned a whole lot about what to do afterwards, from your video. Thank you for that! 🙏🏽
Coach Lee I can't thank you enough. 7 days in NC and she reaches out to ask where and how to return my belongings (I returned all her things the day after starting NC) and after I only talked about what I needed she read it and ignored it. It's clear that the time and space is affecting her since she tried testing me and then withdrew from trying to return my things, she wanted me to beg and plead and she got disappointed from my discipline. I've learned that NC helps me to think clearly and to realize her manipulative BS. I've learned that she was holding me back and trying to manipulate like she tries to do now, I've quit smoking and hit the gym, started looking for internships, and now that I don't have to drive her anywhere and pay for all her meals and food, I know just booked a trip to Europe. I can't thank you enough Coach Lee, I never thought I could get over her since she's the only woman to ever told me that she loved me and how she admired that I was the only person to respect her. She gave up on me and abandoned me when I never did that with her. I'm now back on NC and look forward to my growth and exploration, and it's all thanks to you. God Bless you Coach Lee 🙏

I am great, I am working on myself, meditating, working out, I AM GOOD Fam, no contact is powerful, I am now more attractive and the balance of power is with me, now if you are in a similar position, continue no contact and cultivate an abundance mindset, and you will be happy :)

I moved out and left my husband a month ago...he has not contacted andI have not texted him since the day I left. I left because of his alcoholism, his disrespectful ways, calling me out of my name and always turning it around on me. I didn't want to leave my husband, but his drinking had gotten worse. That's happened to me and my ex but his problem was drugs, I couldn't take it anymore and I left waiting for him to come and tell me he will change. It's now 1.5 month's of not contact so I guess he prefer his additions over me

Just reading over the comments and it seems as much as the advice is soothing by creating hope and a more positive outlook, not many comments on here show there’s much success. Even when ex’s reach out they do it just out of curiosity to see what the other person is up to but without any intention for reconciliation.
After the break up do the no contact and work as hard as possible on yourself and improve everything you can. That way after weeks or months your a whole better person and if your ex still doesn't want you back then shoot you will get somebody better because of your improvements. It's a win win if you just keep grinding after.

All your advices i take it and its pretty working because after 3 weeks of no contact rule my ex reached me out in my home. Only to say me hi and i told him i cannot stay longer time to be with him because i have priority to attend so o left. My ex is in the “testing the water” phase... he messaged me privately on a group zoom call we were both on. I responded in a friendly but not overly effusive way. He’s testing the waters... I know him too well. 😊 No contact is WORKING. My prediction: he’ll start making noise about reconciliation before the new year.

@@xMikeyHardyx we broke up in October 2020, so it took about three months... but the important thing to know here is that there is no timeline. Not every breakup follows the same pattern. Your breakup is still very fresh and new... and I know it sucks, and it’s hard, and you miss her. However, you MUST give her the breakup and let her feel what life without you is like. Be a ghost to her and only respond if she contacts you. Remember: she WANTED this. I have no idea how and when my guy went through the stages of the breakup (check out Coach Lee’s entire video library, SO MUCH good info there!), but after talking with him on Tuesday, I am certain he did. Be patient. Take excellent care of yourself during NC. Take all the energy and attention you gave to the relationship and give it back to yourself and yourself only. Use this time to do a “glow up.” That way, whether she comes back or not... you still grow and thrive. ❤️

One relationship I was in with my high school and college sweetheart was very rocky and a lot of cheating on both sides(We was young lol) however I went NC n 3 years later she found me n we decide to try again. Although things doing work out we r truly best friends!! It's been a month since he broke up with me, after 3 years of relationship. At the beginning I asked him to reconsider his decision...he just ignored me..from day 1. I went into NC 10 days ago...but I feel that nothing will make him change his mind. I went into no contact and it is 6 weeks now, in the beginning I broke no contact on 3 occasions and now i never broke no contact for the past 2 weeks and I am keeping my faith in the no contact rule. It has made me feel better though but I will see how it goes and I will keep fighting in silence.
2 months of no contact. She had a rebound relationship for a month, that ended, she reached out apologising for hurting shortly before! I replied respectfully and ended the conversation. Fast forward 3 weeks she’s now added me back on social media and is liking all my post. But has not reached out again. Sticking to no contact.

I am on day 7 of no contact. This is killing me. She ended it. I have deleted all my social media accounts. I have not checked her social media at all. She blocked me on social media and have no way of checking so I don’t know. The only thing I know is that I’m feeling better. I’m doing a lot of reading and watching your videos and others to work on myself. I’m on some programs to heal myself from codependency and childhood traumas. I can only hope God helps me become a better me and get her back.

Here's a comment I left or reddit r/exnocontact, where the OP thought she was "playing it cool" but she hardly was. Her ex simply said "good morning" and the person responded with a whole paragraph "drawing her boundaries".

It's false hope to think this will bring someone back into your life who left for their own selfish reasons, honestly. Do no contact for you and move on in a better mental and physical state.
Not everyone uses social media. If you care for someone, you will know about there well being without tracking their moods by what they post. In fact, social media has become a passive aggressive way to connect or disconnect with people without any real emotions, explanation, or consequences. Dialogue is dead. It's quite lame and a crutch for cowards because they can simply ignore, block, or text without any emotion to someone when they don't have the courage to explain how they truly feel.

If ex wants forgiveness, she/ he will find or look for you, no need for social media to ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness should be awarded in person , straight forward ! Discussions through social media is so immature and could lead to more problems

Tokyo Nitro it’s so hard! You can stick with her if she sticks with her meds. It’s so hard though if she’s titrating because she’s still working on the pharmaceutical fix that works for her. You should tell her that you support her fully, but you will leave her to it and support her while it happens. Titrating is hard and disturbing and exhausting and requires a commitment that will not allow a real relationship. But she will be fabulous once she’s medicated correctly.

Coach Lee I can't thank you enough. 7 days in NC and she reaches out to ask where and how to return my belongings (I returned all her things the day after starting NC) and after I only talked about what I needed she read it and ignored it. It's clear that the time and space is affecting her since she tried testing me and then withdrew from trying to return my things, she wanted me to beg and plead and she got disappointed from my discipline. I've learned that NC helps me to think clearly and to realize her manipulative BS. I've learned that she was holding me back and trying to manipulate like she tries to do now, I've quit smoking and hit the gym, started looking for internships, and now that I don't have to drive her anywhere and pay for all her meals and food, I know just booked a trip to Europe. I can't thank you enough Coach Lee, I never thought I could get over her since she's the only woman to ever told me that she loved me and how she admired that I was the only person to respect her. She gave up on me and abandoned me when I never did that with her. I'm now back on NC and look forward to my growth and exploration, and it's all thanks to you. God Bless you Coach Lee 🙏

I moved out and left my husband a month ago...he has not contacted andI have not texted him since the day I left. I left because of his alcoholism, his disrespectful ways, calling me out of my name and always turning it around on me. I didn't want to leave my husband, but his drinking had gotten worse. I believed that he loved me, but I am surprised he had not tried to contact me to at least apologize, but I believe this was the best decision for me and that I need to keep trucking

That's happened to me and my ex but his problem was drugs, I couldn't take it anymore and I left waiting for him to come and tell me he will change. It's now 1.5 month's of not contact so I guess he prefer his additions over me
I think you should find a way of helping him to overcome and not to leave him in that situation please my sis. At least he didn't leave you but he's in bad addiction challenge, he needs your help.

Just reading over the comments and it seems as much as the advice is soothing by creating hope and a more positive outlook, not many comments on here show there’s much success. Even when ex’s reach out they do it just out of curiosity to see what the other person is up to but without any intention for reconciliation.

After the break up do the no contact and work as hard as possible on yourself and improve everything you can. That way after weeks or months your a whole better person and if your ex still doesn't want you back then shoot you will get somebody better because of your improvements. It's a win win if you just keep grinding after.

All your advices i take it and its pretty working because after 3 weeks of no contact rule my ex reached me out in my home. Only to say me hi and i told him i cannot stay longer time to be with him because i have priority to attend so o left. My ex is in the “testing the water” phase... he messaged me privately on a group zoom call we were both on. I responded in a friendly but not overly effusive way. He’s testing the waters... I know him too well. 😊 No contact is WORKING. My prediction: he’ll start making noise about reconciliation before the new year.

@@xMikeyHardyx we broke up in October 2020, so it took about three months... but the important thing to know here is that there is no timeline. Not every breakup follows the same pattern. Your breakup is still very fresh and new... and I know it sucks, and it’s hard, and you miss her. However, you MUST give her the breakup and let her feel what life without you is like. Be a ghost to her and only respond if she contacts you. Remember: she WANTED this. I have no idea how and when my guy went through the stages of the breakup (check out Coach Lee’s entire video library, SO MUCH good info there!), but after talking with him on Tuesday, I am certain he did.
Be patient. Take excellent care of yourself during NC. Take all the energy and attention you gave to the relationship and give it back to yourself and yourself only. Use this time to do a “glow up.” That way, whether she comes back or not... you still grow and thrive. ❤️

One relationship I was in with my high school and college sweetheart was very rocky and a lot of cheating on both sides(We was young lol) however I went NC n 3 years later she found me n we decide to try again. Although things doing work out we r truly best friends!! Weird strictly platonic relationship.

It's been a month since he broke up with me, after 3 years of relationship.
At the beginning I asked him to reconsider his decision...he just ignored me..from day 1.
I went into NC 10 days ago...but I feel that nothing will make him change his mind. Nothing will bring back a man who says he doesnt love you anymore...who shows you that you don't matter, who knows that is hurting you and still decides to reject and ignore you.

I went into no contact and it is 6 weeks now, in the beginning I broke no contact on 3 occasions and now i never broke no contact for the past 2 weeks and I am keeping my faith in the no contact rule. It has made me feel better though but I will see how it goes and I will keep fighting in silence.

Fast forward 3 weeks she’s now added me back on social media and is liking all my post. But has not reached out again. Sticking to no contact.

No contact does work my ex has reached out numerous times in the last 3 weeks since we broke up, she actively checks my Facebook as she knows my password, we are not nearly back together yet, the last time she contacted me she was asking questions like have I moved on yet and have I been meeting any girls, I replied very smartly and said ‘iv been doing well but break ups are never easy I have just been focusing on becoming a better person’ something along them lines. The next time she tried to contact me I need to not reply because I think she is starting to think I will just reply whenever she wants and then she can block me again until the next time she wants to check up on my life.

She blocked me on social media and have no way of checking so I don’t know. The only thing I know is that I’m feeling better. I’m doing a lot of reading and watching your videos and others to work on myself. I’m on some programs to heal myself from codependency and childhood traumas. I can only hope God helps me become a better me and get her back.
