I am on a diet at the moment. I have cut out fizzy drinks, chocolate and lager. 25 days 10 lbs lost. I walk 10,000 step every couple of days. Less crap in your trap=weight loss. I am not in a rush to loose weight. However I am feeling better and my beer belly is not as big as it was. I hope to get my weight down to around 210lbs so only 4lbs to go. Who knows I might go further summer is approaching.
