    Was watching your video to avoid taking meds for low iron. I stopped having tea with my breakfast which reduced frequent headaches that I've been having for last 3-4 years. Doctors were mindlessly prescribing me meds to reduce headache but this video did the miracle. Thank you so much :)

      I have been always low on iron and recently facing severe headaches every day.
      Tea followed by a meal could be the reason as you have mentioned. How much gap you follow before you have tea?

      @@shelly1828, I had headaches from too much tea with caffeine, but i switched to decaf tea and no more headache.

    Cumin seeds are great source of iron. Soaked and boiled cumin seed water with lemon for vitamin c is great for iron deficiency.

    Excellent video for iron deficiency, I am 69, in 2020 I was almost dying due to iron, hemoglobin and B12 deficiency, since then I am taking iron capsules and B12 injection, I am vegetarian.

    Please do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection (this is the bacteria that causes stomach ulcers - I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. Symptoms may include unexplained weight loss and difficulty gaining weight, iron deficiency, anemia, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, sudden severe cold, palpitations (high pulse), high blood pressure or even slightly low blood pressure.

      Yes becayse as you age tour bidy dies not absirb as@when u were . I also iften use spinach in soups. I only take a multi vitamin abd recent lab work was great fir a 70 yr old.

    I have one question, it would be great if you can light on it. For Sesame seeds, I have heard & read that they are rich calcium & even iron but calcium & iron does not go together. Our body can absorb both. So I just want to is sesame good source of iron or calcium?

    Chemotherapy destroyed all my blood markers. I struggle to eat sufficient iron sources but when I do, my BUN rate increases too. I will try to reduce my portion sizes and add my enhancers.

    In what condition you would suggest to take iron injections ? Because iron tonic does not help to improve blood haemoglobin, tonic only helping in constant level of HB as 10 gm , if I do not consume tonic HB is going down but very slowly whereas doctor says a man's HB must be 13 to 16 gn.

    Are black raisins same as the green one we normally get from market..
    Coz black ones are not easily available in local markets...And online they are sulphur treated.
    Any good brand recommendation u can give wud be helpful.
