Simple and best pre and probiotic food South Indians used to consume first in morning s pazhaya choru or pazhaya sadham.it mean old rice..people used to soak left out rice in the water in th night and have it tat with curd ,small onions,chilli, pickle,curry etc mixing together next day mornig which is little fermented. but it's very tasty ,cooling ,filling and feels lighter in stomach...sadly now people thinking it as cheap and poor man's food...
I have the same issue, and I consulted with 5 doctors. Nobody gave me a proper solution. Thanks a lot for your life saving tips.
Simple. Eat mostly plant-based foods such as fruits and vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables. At least 50% of your food plate should be a Raw salad. Eat a little bit of whole Grains such as brown rice, beans and lentils. Lastly, you can make your own naturally fermented Beverages. Use the 'open fermentation' method, and stir it at least 2ce a day for 24-48 hours.
Apart from the knowledge that you impart, I love your presentation and language. No stammering or Aaahs & Eees between the sentences. Optimum use of time in a well timed video.
