Might bump up video quality a little bit, being able to put some cuts in there instead of just going for one long take! Keep up the awesome work!
Thanks a lot for this clip pal. It helped me a lot. I changed the thumbsticks of 3 different Xbox 360 controllers and they are not built the exact same way. The model you did in your clip is the hardest one (it's still not that hard). While the controllers are opened I strongly recommend cleaning all the buttons one by one with cleaning products. Same with every other dirty parts inside.

The Speedy Diver I know your not an xbox expert but I have a controller that will press down, but won't register it on the left joystick. do you have any ideas on what it is? I have seen it and everything looks good but it's very wigerly than normal controllers

Hi there. i have a question about the left stick unable to MAX out when pointing down (it only go up to 95% as show in the Test app on WIn10) all other direction is fine.... is it fixable?
Is my analogue stick broke if the right analogue drifts 360 degrees ? Need to know cuz I have replacement analogue but not sure if I can fix the stick if it's broke ??🧐🥱🔊 Is it stick or analogue that's fucked 😏

That's a broken thumbcap, not a broken analogue stick. To fix a broken analogue stick you will have to solder a new one to the pcb.

This is a broken thumbstick, anyone can replace that, replacing the actual stick underneath is not easy

if you don't have the screwdriver shown in the video you can just use a 2mm flathead
