- We take a look at the magnificent Highgate cemetery.
Pay homage to some legendary sadly departed people and some incredible scenery where natural has reclaimed a stranglehold.
All talk about the Vampire said to inhabit the grounds.
Thanks for watching guys 👍
Beautiful old public cemetery
Thank you I really need to do so more of these, enjoy the rest of your weekend 👍
Loved my trip to Highgate cemetery super history
Incredible place and where nature has taken it back really stunning.
i like to tell the story of some of those less well know people , and the place has its own beauty ( j'aime raconter l'histoire de certaines de ces personnes moins connues, et l'endroit a sa propre beauté )
Fan friend, I'm with you on that thought. 💔😢 Happy Holidays.
Thank you for posting this. It's brought some happiness to my heart to see my forth great grandfather's place of rest (Tom Sayers), so very much appreciated

Beautiful resting place X some lovely tombs
nature taking over around many of them , leaving them with a real aura and timeless beauty , thank you for taking the time to watch .
Very interesting place. There's some really fancy headstones there. Seems like a peaceful cementary for one's final resting place.
It’s a fantastic place to visit, actually beautiful where nature has taken over, certainly peaceful would highly recommend. Thanks for watching

@@tonelindel7928 thank you so much , its real fun doing this at the weekends as a hobby , to know there are people who actually enjoy what i put out makes it even more worth while , to put you in the loop of what's coming up, i am doing different things in preparation of vlogging at least 30 vlogs in 20 days on our Florida theme park holiday in october , i have some old amusement parks to vlog that were a big day out for myself as a child , some more history of where i live, some explorations of old ruins and there back story's , and then continuing with strange and quirky adventures , things you don't come across every day , it will be fun and interesting for sure .
Every grave tells it's own story . What magnificent tributes all of them. Some of the graves are very close together, Well done a great video.
One thing for sure nature is ruthless in some cases snapped tombs in half, thanks for watching, have a fantastic weekend
George..his mum and sister Mel😔✝

Great video, thanks!
thank you , loads more lined up , hopefully as good.
This beautiful place always gives me vibes of Neil Gaimans The Graveyard Book. I can easily imagine all the inhabitants visiting each other. First video of yours I have watched, I subbed.
that is a beautiful thing to imagine , for myself that brings vibes of Disney's Haunted mansion ride , everyone together partying in the afterlife , thank you so much for watching and the subscribing , i hope to bring you more videos to enjoy

Thanks for watching, it is one of what they call the big 7 cemeteries of London I will visit them all at some point, this in my opinion is the most fabulous it’s certainly peaceful and stunning to look around.
Good vid, thank you. I'd love to go myself to look around
It’s quite beautiful in there once you get beyond the thoughts in your own head of all the lost souls, so many stories on every turn , all the Victorian parts are stunning, hope the video does them proud, thank you so much for watching.

Hoping to go to the cemetery at the weekend, is it easy to find George Michaels grave?
It’s approx 100 meters down hill from the circle of Lebanon , corner plot there are workers in the graveyard that are really friendly and helpful and can point out things you never knew, enjoy your visit .
I enjoyed seeing the cemetary but you only showed George's grave 2 seconds. Why is that? You didn't even get a close up so we could read it. So sad.
Didn’t want to intrude family members were arriving, we come upon the grave by accident was there filming the really old area and asked a worker who where the crypts were he pointed out the grave and said he was waiting for existing family to visit
How old is that cemetery?
Great job and thank you for the tour
26 May 1839 first recorded modern era , oldest in london on record would be at Kensal Green Cemetery . it would probably be impossible to find the oldest grave due to human burials beginning some 130,000 years ago BC .
How much is a plot here? Anybody know?
The 10 most expensive places are all in London, with Highgate topping the list. Its total cost of £18,325 is made up of £16,475 for the plot and £1,850 for digging. not sure how up to date that is
Not a ghost was she it looks like a small street does it with it's doors
the lady i spoke about at the start around the train station was bizarre that she just vanished after , the circle of lebanon certainly does come across as a street for the departed , each possibly holds 6 - 8 family members , thanks for watching
She could have been 👻
Why the hell do you have to pay to go into a Cemetery?
general upkeep , groundworks etc i guess 53000 graves , west side the victorian side is the one you are paying for the other side is free i believe , but 100% get what you are saying
