lol brilliant i loved lakes but hated leon

its a great memory was better back in the day

its swapped a little over the years media lol we had only just got pc's huge things back in the day , art and woodwork area , science was the long block that went along from the pool , yep maths was in the tower there was an old library english would be near there french and german were available also there was RE and drama in the gym lol , you had a short run within the boundaries a long run was a mile around the school its 400x4 in size . i was 83-87 lakes prior that is now called drayton manor

@ yea sounds very similar to my day with a few changes along the way , did you have a “temporary” class room that was outside in some container type thing near the tennis courts , pretty sure it’s still there now maybe, was never fucking temporary that’s for sure😂

possibly gills used to rent out the vhs and beta max videos ?

@@RobwithScoobyScoobyI don’t think she was renting out tapes when I used to go , but they definitely had all the sweets , I remember getting sweets all the time but maybe they still did have the tapes when I used to go but wasn’t something I would ask for 😁 I do miss being a child , moved away from Bletchley two years ago but I’m moving back to mk soon , it’s sad to see how dead the area is now , the shops used to be packed after finishing school in 2018 at leon! Good times!

@@nahitsluke2277 in my latest out and about walk i uploaded couple of days ago you can see the new builds going up within the estate , bletchley is more or less dead even sainsburys was knocked down in the last 6 months .

@@TourWithBen always been our favoured hotel chain here in the uk , we was in the area for my wife’s 50th at the time I believe when doing anything like this it’s important to give as much as you can on the area, where we want the following day was a totally different level, will check out your channel 👍🏻 have a wonderful new year.

when my sister lived down the alley to the side of the cannon pub we would listen out for footsteps knowing there wasn't anyone there , it really made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up , thanks for watching have a great weekend .

@@QuattroUK2011 I didn’t until about 18 months ago , it’s literally at the top of a hill at the roundabout with Center parks one side and the road to Milbrook proving ground the other easy to find in winter almost invisible in summer and treacherous with the drop down one side in the dark.

@@bella_Areghostsreal a real kinda hidden Gem I only knew of it in its current form for a couple of years I grew up riding dirt bikes there in the 80’s so was a pleasant surprise visiting one day and finding it as it now exists

yep you are not wrong the deeper you go the worse it gets , i am probably not the only who has to check over their own shoulder every few mins

A good couple of hours there are some interesting stories in there among the exhibits , its on a par with the London one without the extravagance and of course its Free .

@@Fitzy-ok3nv that’s the Jurassic park river adventure, it starts of as a tranquil ride viewing dinosaurs then the nasty ones break out and chase you at the end you are dangling some 65ft with a T-Rex trying to eat you before dropping like oblivion at Alton towers at the end into water.( it’s real ) 👍🏻
