Another great tutorial! Makes me almost think that even I could do this. Up until now, I have steered clear of fondant; I love the polished look but my hands have a hard time with kneading and working with it as fast as it requires but your marshmallow fondant recipe just might be the thing to bring me and fondant closer together!😉

Awesome cake! I love your clear instructions. Have you used a white chocolate ganache to cover a cake? Just wondering since ganache sets up firmer, if someone didn’t want dark or milk chocolate could you use white chocolate ganache?

Thanks! You can, but it may move around on you while you are trying to work on it. If you can find a way to keep it in place, that would help. Like maybe hot glue it to a heavy board.

How is your fondant so perfect
Hi Mary do you keep the cakes with fondant in the fridge or do you just leave them in the room at room temperature.
I do keep them in the fridge. There is a myth that fondant can't be refrigerated, but it can! In a dry fridge like a residential one. It will get some condensation when it is brought to room temp, but if you just let it sit it will dry.

You make it look so easy, but it's anything but. About how much would you charge for this? I would literally travel there to get you to do my daughters wedding cake.

What are the flower names?
I am not sure! I got them at Micheals Craft Store and they were just in a bunch together. I tried to find something similar on Amazon and I attached a link in the video description. They are about as close as I could get.

I love watching your videos and, at your suggestion, I purchased the rivo and I'm suuuuuuuper disappointed.
Be ware that it's shipped from China and if you need to return it for any reason - despite the 100% money back guarantee - you'll need to pay for return shipping and there's lots of "ifs" that will prevent you from actually getting a refund.
My light only works on one side it can't be used with the 90° angle unless you have other list. You can only use this with the arm at a 90° angle or straight on. You can't angle the arm at all.
Customer service was terrible. If I decide to send this back, I have to pay $40+ to get any refund. Just be ware.
