Budget Cafe Build E41: Installing the Delkevic Exhaust

In this week's episode, we install the new Delkevic exhaust Dan's bought for the Budget Cafe Racer build on the Kawasaki KZ750. We really can't wait to hear this thing roar and we're getting dangerously close to starting it up.

I am shopping for exhaust and rear shocks for my ZRX1100. I noticed your replacement RFY Zaddox rear shocks. Like them? Or wish you had something else?

What Jets did you guys use to accommodate the leaner fuel mixture?

what type of headlight did you use and where to find it and how much was it, if you don't mind me asking. I have a 80 kz750 E1 that im putting back together. And i am also goin with the delkavic 4 into 1 keeping the air box tho.

What was the red stuff you put in the connector piece?

That’s a high temperature sealant that comes with the delkevic exhaust system. It seals the system to prevent leaks, noise, odd running etc. thanks for watching 👍
