Hello Mr Allen, first I will like to say a big thank you for your time and effort in making this video. I am currently running a business that have 8 segments in total. But at the moment am only in one segment of this business and it’s giving me a good income at the moment. I want to gradually sneak into other segments but I find out that I don’t have enough purchasing power because once I try to go into a new segment I find out that the main segment I have been into will start suffering for that particular time and it has become a problem. I am kind of confused as I don’t know how to burst my bubble and enter into other segments as I make over $1,000 profit from only that segment. I am the only one running the business and my positioning interms of outlet is very poor. Also trying to look for a way of getting a good position which also requires capital the whole thing is really cracking my internal brain. I need to start other segments so I can increase the profit margins and I need to start employing people but not at my present location I need a new location so the people am bringing in will be active and never a dull moment.
