    Can I use org chart for a 20-people woodworking workshop? Is it too much? Is it overkill?

      Absolutely! I'd consider it necessary, not overkill. Anytime you have multiple people working on a project, it's important to have structure so that there's clarity for everyone on the team.     Hi Chandler! I have a, maybe silly, question. Where do you assign Staff that works on more than one area. For example, my copywritter makes content for the marketing function, sales function and content function! Do I have to put her under the 3 functions or should I put her under one department?

      Good question. You put them in one department but make sure they have a really good Job Scorecard (I have a video on this as well)
