In theory everything looks clear and easy. When it comes to apply, its different...
    1. Who is responsible for creating systems: CEO, manager of each department (and if the system involves more departments - what manager is responsible for the entire system) ?
    2. What software is recommended to use for creating and using the systems?
    3. The documents (procedures; checklists; general rules) - how do they must be organised, in folders by departments or there is a software for that?

    • @CEOEntrepreneur

Customer service would come under your delivery and fulfilment which is under the Product Unit but key is to ensure that is this pre purchase customer service or post purchase customer service. And Public Relations/Marketing is under your Customer Unit. This way you can have a clear line of sight as to where your customers are interacting

I’ve tried it just now and seems to be working for me. Is it still showing as broken for you? If so can you try from a different browser/ device and let me know please!? Thanks 🙏

@@CEOEntrepreneur I tried again both with my gmail account and msn email addresses. I did not receive anything. I only say because I would hate for you to loose contact with anyone as this is such valuable information :)
