  • This energetic walk at home workout is a little bit faster than some of the others I upload but from what I hear, a lot of you are getting more fit (yay!) and likely ready for a tiny bit of a faster pace! Give it a try and just slow your pace down if you feel you need to. It's a quick 20 minute workout and as always, is low impact so it is easy on your joints. The step count today is 2270 steps.

    Jules, I just want to tell you that you are AWESOME!!!!!!! I discovered your videos a couple of months ago. I really don’t like to exercise, but with your videos I actually look forward to exercising!!! I also hate it when I miss a day. I am 70 years old and feel more like 50, but with major back issues I can’t do high impact exercises. So your videos are perfect.

Bin 69 und habe seit mein Hund 2022 im Hundehimmel ist 4kg zugenommen und fühle mich damit nicht so gut .Naja , jeder ist für sich selbst verantwortlich, daher Bewegung , Bewegung . Bin bis Bor 4 Jahre zum Fitness gegangen , wollte es jetzt aber zuhause machen !! Sie sind da eine sehr grosse Hilfe !!! DANKE !!👍🏻😍🌷🌼🌷

    I have done this workout at least 1,500 times. That is the truth!!! Sometimes 5 times a day. Most days, 4 times.

    Such a good warm up for strength! There are so many leg and arm movements that not only produce cardio but stretch the arms and legs as well. Sometimes it's so much fun to back and do your older workouts! Thanks!

    Jules, I am very pleased to train with you. When I first saw your channel, I noticed that you show all the exercises easily, relaxed. I realized that this is exactly what suits me. Thank you for the pleasant, light atmosphere during the trainings. You make all videos enjoyable. I like the music you choose.
    I have read that a 15-minute walk brings more relief from anxiety and tension than a mild tranquilizer! Walking triggers the release of endorphins, brain chemicals that relieve pain and stimulate relaxation. Now I understand why I feel happier and have a great mood after your trainings.

    Hi Jules! It's 101 outside today AND we're not supposed to be using our a/c (the power grid is overloaded) but I cheated & turned it on for 10 minutes. My body need to move so I chose this video and really, it was perfect! I worked up a good sweat and feel much better than before I started. Thank you!

      The bed pressure was high and I was eating foods that are not good for me. I see the weight coming off by using your plan. And the blood pressure is coming down . I do not want to go on medication. The side effects are horrible and they cause other issues. I also sent the link to my neice. She will be working out with us too and one of my friends too.. You are an inspiration to me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

      That's absolutely the way to do it...I often don't feel like working out, either so when that happens I put on music, start to move and then I end up getting energized and want to work out. I'm glad it worked for you today, too:)

    it's going to be 94 degrees here today (ugh) so I wanted a short energetic workout before going out to run errands and hopefully beat the heat. This one was perfect! It was short but energetic, got my heart beating, my body sweating and my face smiling! Thanks Jules,

      @@ImprovedHealth There's a little beach town in Mexico - Melaque - I've been there twice and met SO many Canadians who go there in the winter to get warm. It's too hot to go in Summer but is 85 to 90 there in winter. I like the heat when there is water nearby.

    Thank you so much Jules for this workout. I pulled a muscle in my thigh a couple of days ago but was still looking for something light. Even though I'm still in pain, I jut pushed right through it & did this workout. I think it was just what I needed because my thigh feels so much better. Thanks Jules for always being there when I need you. As usual, "MORE PLEASE!" LOL

    Hi Jules:
    I had some surgery under anesthesia 2 days ago and need to take it easy for a few days. Legs are ok but arms feel like using 10 pound weights. Back to your beginner sessions.

    On a day when I didn't feel like doing ANYTHING, I was able to do this workout and I really enjoyed it. Thank you! Also, I like the "Up Next" feature quite a lot. One suggestion I would make (for my old eyes) is to use black text against the lilac. I had a hard time reading the white lettering.

      Ah, thank you so much for the suggestion about the text. Good for me to know! My hope is to get better at offering the 'up next' feature more often. This was fairly easy for me to do but the window pictures of the next image is much more challenging. I'll figure it all out soon (after the 7 day program!).     Hi Jules! I recently strained my back and read that fast walking is good for that, so I chose this workout. It was great! I felt a few small twinges in my back but no pain. There's no stretches on this video, so plan to do your 11 minute stretches for low back pain. Thanks so much !

      Oh no! Sorry to hear about your back, Valerie. I'd suggest sticking with the beginner workouts for a while until your back is better. I often didn't include stretching in my short, older workouts since I wanted to keep the time down on the final time. But, I always include them now:) I hope your back is better soon!
