Well, that was fun! I wasn’t completely coordinated on some of the moves, but I just kept moving and improvising and making it more like a dance! Thanks for the wind-down stretching at the end too.

I love your channel. It is one of my top 3 favorite workout channels on this site. Love your quiet personality, your content and the simple, eye-soothing set (props to your husband). You're like the Cottage Fairy version of fitness TH-cam channels. 🙂I've been working out on and off at home for a few years now and I've been looking for the right instructor to follow along. The loud Amazon woman, warrior type coach with their quick, explosive,hard-to-follow movements don't work for my personality. I prefer my workout to be as calming, meditative as a workout can be and your channel does that. I'm not a senior, by the way; just a quiet, introverted, sensitive soul.
