Hi Cruz. Woodlands Hills is an awesome community. There are a few factors if you’re going to decide between the two and it pretty much comes down to preference. Would you rather live in Willis than Conroe? Are school districts important to you? The commute could be a factor as one is far north but right off of interstate 45, while the other is in the very south east part of Conroe off of hwy 242, which is right between two freeways. Traveling on 242 you have to deal with stoplights as well as possible construction delays, but with pretty easy access to both interstate 45 and Highway 59 you can get to multiple locations fairly quickly. The tax rate is just a touch higher in the Woodlands Hills, but they are both over 3%. Both are master plan and both are Forest living. I’m partial to Artavia because of the unique art focus, but both communities are amazing!
@@conroeliving Thank you for all the information. In our case. My wife works from home and I'm 100% DV. We left Houston a month ago, but we have plan to come back. Travel time is not a issue for us. District School neither since our son is on College. Taxes is not issue based veteran status. We highly appreciate your point of view. I started watching your channel a couple of days ago. We both like Conroe and Willis. Nonetheless the OPC for veteran is on Conroe.
Conroe is minutes away from what’s now being called the second medical center too. High quality healthcare that is close by might matter to certain age demographics…. Just sayin.
