@@aaronlathan My comments have been getting deleted (on other channels too). But anyway, I agree with you that the layout is solid, but I appreciate a lot of other builders because of the finishes. I am still amazed at the price range though for that sq footage. I also love the hidden stairs.
Not recent videos no. But there are communities that have that price point. If you wanna discuss options here’s my calendar link: aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation
Hi Aaron I’m new to your channel and I’m new to Texas. I have zero knowledge of Texas. The place looks good but I personally prefer more land space between houses. Can you show more like that? Are there hoa’s for these properties?
HOAs exist on like 90% of our homes here. There are a couple communities that have acres lots but there kind of outside of my service areas. The norm are homes like you see on my channel. Planned communities on a lot system (40-100’ wide lots)
It’s not a lot that I don’t love about the area. Biggest thing for me is it’s not as diverse as I’d like personally. But for many of my clients it’s just right. So I get to enjoy their homes in beautiful communities on visits lol
Oh really we moved to Artavia from California 10 months ago and we feel that the area is diverse. At least where we are. Maybe it’s changing as the areas are getting more built out. We can’t wait for the amenities, stores etc to be built out. If you have any insight on that I’d love to hear it. Any retail news from Artavia, Evergreen, or Mavera. 😊
Most of my clients land in Artavia or Grand Central Park. Those the most diverse communities in the area because of how developed they are. As far as commercial most of the land seems to be near Artavia and Evergreen so I’d imagine that those get the most commercial attention but you never know what these developers will do until you can put eyes on in
This is the community we decided on. Gonna go with Chesmar! I’ll be reaching out soon Aaron.
I love to hear it! Here’s my calendar. Let’s connect 😎 aaronlathan.prgtexas.net/buyer-consultation

Last house ❤❤❤
It was fire!
I can't believe the pricing on that large Shea Homes model. I loved the amount of space, but nothing else. That last Perry Home was the best though.
You gotta give a lil love to Shea homes. They don’t go all out on finishes usually.

Oh oh. Not you being shadow banned friend!? And 1000% agree.
@@aaronlathan Imagine that, and I haven't even started posting content yet 😫.

Do you have any vids that feature Houston homes in the 250K-300K range?

Hi Aaron, Love your channel. I am interested in Candela subdivision.
Nice! I haven’t been out to that community in a minute. May be time for an update.
Which builder are you most interested in out there?
@@aaronlathanPerry and Westin
Not a bad choice! Were you more into ground up build or inventory?
