Pure gold and did same as you outlined saved me some $$ Thanks! . I am in the process of building my new home and decided to let the builder do prewiring for cat6 and will install cameras on my own :)
100% agree on getting customs closets after you purchase. Closets by Design created a functional oversized hallway closet for us at a steep discount on sale vs what it would have cost to build. It definitely added value to resale.
