      Thank you, very glad you enjoyed it ☺ I think I'll talk about my workout routine in an upcoming vlog, thank you for the inspo! In short, I usually train 4-5 times a week. Usually 2-3 sessions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and 2-3 sessions of low impact restistance training using resistance bands and kettlebells (while making sure that every sessions varies a little bit). I workout outside in the garden whenever possible. I also do yoga from time to time and go on daily walks. I'm quite a energetic person, so moving comes naturally to me and I really enjoy working my body. I'll expand on the different aspects in a future vlog, hopefully this summary already helped 🙏

    Thank you for the food inspo! I am always on the lookout for new delicious recipes that take less than an hour to make so this was great😍 the way you prepared the tofu is also one of my favorite ways to make use of this ingredient - and I feel like it is one of the best ways to cook it for people wo have not been into tofu before but would like to eat it more🌿

      I couldn't agree more! Was a long time tofu sceptic myself and absolutely love it now ☺

    I really enjoyed this video - thank you for making it and also going to the trouble of listing the ingredients in the description. I only tried (smoked) tofu recently and I wasn’t totally sure about it but it was a vegetarian meal on an aeroplane so probably not the best introduction. I will try it again using the stir fry recipe 😊 Looking forward to an update on how you are getting on with your vegetable growing too. It must be lovely to cook with things you have grown yourself. Have a good week ☀️

      Personally I'm also not huge on smoked tofu to be honest. I never liked it too much. Regular tofu however I could eat almost every day 😄 So yes, maybe trying a different kind of tofu might do the trick for you 🙏 I will include a garden update in an upcoming vlog very soon! The tomatoes are coming along very nicely at the moment as it is very warm. They are incredibly tasty ☺ I wish you a nice week too! 🌻

      I honestly also don't cook with leeks too often, but I think I should use it more often as I really liked it hahaha 😅 Glad to have you around ☺

    A question, can you freeze these recipes. Living alone means many recipes are too much for one. Very few mention freezing.

    • @swisssimpleton
      @swisssimpleton  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think you can freeze most of them or parts of them. The Curry, soup, pesto and probably even stir fry can be frozen quite well. Rice can also be frozen well. Pasta however I would cook fresh when you use the frozen pesto as an example as pasta doesn't really taste too well frozen in my opinion ☺
