- Spring with all its light and beautiful energy is here. I feel like spring is such a great season to enjoy simple living activities as it has so much to offer. In this video, I share with you some of my favorite slow living activities for spring including making kombucha, baking a seasonal cake, gardening and decluttering.
Maybe you will find something new to explore for yourself. Also, feel free to share your best tips for the colder months in order to slow down and feel your best! :)

My question for the QnA -
I enjoy slow living but I fear that maybe I won't find my soulmate/love of life. I had always been an introvert, I have found my World within my study , my books ,my art . Maybe the person who is supposed to be my love is also sitting somewhere in the world just like me without any social media and living a slow life. How can a slow liver get his love of life ? How did you find your love of life ?

Hi Felix, I just joined your community on here and kindly thank you for sharing your thoughts, experiences and everything related to slow living. I’m in my way to take a step to a slower pace of life and your chanel will help me on that process 🙂, no doubt about that. We live in a crazy / ill society, that’s for sure .. and I know I really want to live life in a different way and that’s the first step: to be determine to make that step. Spring is bringing a new hobby for me. Gardening. I've never really grown vegetables before so this Spring is all about learning. I've also started my own TH-cam channel (@Everyday-Rich) to document my new hobby.

Greetings from the Rocky Mountains! It’s still cold with rain and snow here. I grew up in Los Angeles and never saw snow until I was 20 (my parents told me I didn’t miss much)! I love to garden, grow flowers, vegetables and herbs from seeds. I also,love to just sit in my garden and enjoy the quiet, birdsong and the rustle of leaves in the trees. I also enjoy spring cleaning and downsizing. I like to walk and also sit in the garden and read. I love your videos, it is so gratifying to find people who have similar interests and lifestyle. Hi Felix really enjoy see you back with another video, and today, for me, was special talking about kombucha, something that I've heard but never paid much attention to it, and gardening, a very satisfying and rewarding activity (at least what I could appreciate in today's video), at the same time that we practice patience, resilience and being present throughout the process.
For the video where you talk about money, my questions go to savings tips and obtaining extra money through investments (for example, the stock market).
For the Q&A video, I would like you to talk about the benefits to mental health of adopting a slow living style, and also the disadvantages of living in the countryside (the benefits in general have already been covered in previous videos but you can mention them again).

Slow living is like Enrico Fermi's question: "Where is everybody?" 😂😂😂 But yeah, each in his/her own time. Lovely to see you've cracked the kombucha thingy. I have been looking up the heavenly bodies this Spring; Pons-Brooks comet, lunar eclipse, generally stargazing. Hi! I discovered your channel today. I’m trying to live a more simple, slower & mindful life - and your videos are truly inspiring! 😊 my question: How do you manage to stay in this mindset of slow living, while being confronted with a society that’s so rushed and performance-oriented? I can apply this mindset when I’m alone or in nature or in the weekend - but I struggle much more at work or when I’m confronted with peers who are totally consumed by this materialism and ego-driven society. Great video, I also brew homemade kombucha and when it is ready I macerate it for a couple of days with strawberry chunks or with lemon and ginger pieces and it is delicious.
My question is: What do you usually do to stay motivated in what you want to achieve and not let old patterns of behaviour dominate your life again?

What kind of books do you like in English? I also just started reading novels. I really like Walden and the yearling.
Personally I like to read historical fiction like the books of Ken Follett or Bernard Cornwell. I read those before going to bed to wind down. I also like to read topical books on various topics that interest me. I recently read some books by Gabor Maté, Sadhguru and the book "The Hidden Life of Trees" ☺ Thanks for the recommendation! And also thank you for your question. I have not spoken english all my life but learned it when I was around 10 years old while living in an english speaking country for 6 months. Since then I keep it up to date with english media without subtitles (podcasts, videos etc.) and by speaking occasionally (like in these videos). I feel like as there is so much english media out there, learning it on the go is a pretty good way of doing it, if you have somewhat of a base of knowledge 🙏
