I've been texting with a younger woman through an app for about a week. She already told me she finds me attractive. She seemed highly invested at first and down to meet, now mostly I get quick vauge responses from her when trying to set up a date. "maybe", "it depends", "not sure", etc. then she'll stop engaging for extended periods. I've received this line a couple of times and the problem with letting it fly is that it introduces the frame that "Since I'm a girl I can behave like a brat if I want to and you have to put up with that". It really turns me off when they say that but I don't have a good answer to that without directly calling them out.

So I’m talking to this girl on tinder and she’s giving one liners basically not asking anything about me where I’m asking all the questions. So just straight up ask if she’s interested or not and she replies that she is, but then continues to give one liners and be completely bland. I am new to all this but I’m at least making an effort. It depends on what exactly she’s saying. It’s also possible that she just doesn’t speak English well

IMO, let them change that. I never do it, most chics either set it to 24hrs or save each message i send themselves.
