I have issue with my bmw 2010 F10 when im trying to do this method im holding it 15 secs or more and it does some clicking noises no respond Nothing and now my sunroof is stuck i cant close it help plz?

Mine only turns on randomly when driving for 20 seconds. The window will open and close by itself twice, then the light goes away. Happens again 20 minutes later. Any ideas? Power windows still work once it goes away
