How to fix BMW Window Anti-Trap Deactivated Problem 4K ⚠️🚗

My BMW E60 (2010 528i) had the same issue. I was about to give up. I read you must be in the seat while doing it, car on , w message error displayed, must be exactly 17 secs, and it worked. I also cleaned the glass, used alcohol and q-tips to clean the track, then sprayed the tracks w silicone lube. Finally worked!

Thank you Sir- not only do you speak precisely and with eloquence- you actually do so in an educated and Christian way- that doesn't ask me for £60 like many garages would.
"I like you and have subscribed!" If I can reciprocate in any way I would! I have a little story I wrote about an experience I had that you can use to educate people on the difference between listening and hearing; how dangerous it can be to ignore the difference etc- I just need a way to get it to you without breaking rules or sharing with those that its not intended for.

Tried this on my e60 530d 2004 passenger window only goes down or up a quarter of a time even swopped out relulator with no success

Me too does not work 2004 530 wind went down on its own. But wont go up with two new moters same thing.

So what if it's not showing the fault but when my window goes all the way up it comes back down a bit and it won't go all the way down? I'm lost

On my f20 lci 2015 i have the same problem but with both rear windows and without the error, this happend after I changed my rear module, and this didn’t work
