The Honest Guys - Meditations - Relaxation
      Hii thank you!
I wanted to say in case it was an oversight that your (c) at the end still says 2017.
Also I was curious why the back and neck were not included in this. I was laying on my side so maybe I was expecting it to be included whereas if someone lays on their back, it would probably already feel heavy? I don't need an answer or anything, just curious. Regardless, the meditation was super effective for me. I have really been struggling lately both physically and emotionally and I was so grateful to feel at peace from this meditation in my mind and my body, much more than I expected I could at this time. Thank you so much.

Don’t run. Sit with it. Just, sit with the feeling. It’s not the end of the world, you are not dying, everything is okay. You don’t have to do anything. Just feel what you are feeling. Your body is trying to tell you something. Don’t be scared, listen. Take care of your body, of your mind. What you feel matters. You matter. Please take care of yourself, the rest will fall into place.

And if you’re sensitive, this can effect you even more. Feeling everyone’s stuff not just our own. This meditation really does help. At 42 I gave up and started meds. That’s even a process. I’m also in therapy and recovery. That also helps me know I’m not alone. Glad you are releasing tears! Feeling is healing. Sometimes I do this meditation twice a day. I’ve tried hundreds of meditation videos, and this is the only one that actually seems to get some results. Last year was probably the worst. Honest Guy's channel and videos along with a couple other channels have literally saved me from the pit of despair. So much so it's inspired me to create a similar based channel to give back. And I just love seeing complete strangers all come together to share positivity. I hope this doesn't sound weird but one of the reasons I love this channel so much, is that the man's voice sounds exactly like the voice of a man I look up to like a father figure. He's always so confident, smart, and reassuring. I can't always talk to him but this voice sounds exactly like his. It comforts me so much. Bless everything you guys do.

Words itself cannot express how much you guys have changed my life. Being in my 20’s, I have suffered a lot throughout my life, with mental health issues being seen as a ‘taboo’ in the society I live in. Thank you so much for changing my life, you have allowed me to see that life has a lot positive elements which I look forward to embracing with a healing attitude :) (P.s. is this video available in the VIP section as I cannot seem to find it?). Many thanks once again x

I suffer from general anxiety that is more exacerbated by certain things. I have testing anxiety for example, and I am taking the MCAT next month to get in to medical school and I have been very sick with some strange virus that the doctors can't figure out the past month and a half so as you can imagine my anxiety has been a lot worse than it normally is. Normally I handle it pretty well with mediation and prayer/God and family. But lately it's been tough. I would just like to say thank you because I tried this video in particular tonight (I love all your videos and use them pretty much every night) but this one really really helped my anxiety and gave me a few moments of relaxation and peace. Thank you for your videos. I really appreciate them. They really do make a difference. Keep doing what you're doing! You have a big impact on people's lives. God bless! ❤️

One of the first ones we did was banishing depression, it is on our playlists. And we don’t create meditations which focus on the negative, as it’s like saying ‘don’t think about pink elephants’ what’s the first thing you think of? We do talk to a very wise man who’s meditating since the late 60’s and we agree with his words, that mediation is the secret to changing the brain. Any mediation, it is simply the act of meditating regularly (daily) that produces the effect. :)

Banishing Depression has always been very popular with our viewers. But imagine settling down to meditate and thinking ‘I’m going to use this to help [insert name here]. Your mind is going to be full of that thing you don’t want even before you begin meditating.

Every time I meditate I have a different experience. This time, in the last 5 minutes I saw a puddle. Hard to make out but shadows were popping in and out and at the very end I saw a blue sky and vivid green leaves.
Every time I make myself sit down and take the time out of my day to do this, I’m getting better. I’m getting deeper into myself. I can’t wait until I can understand what my mind is bringing me to see

When I did this, my body felt so relaxed, hasn't happened that way in meditation until now. But towards the end, I got flooded with beautiful memories of family and people who've brought me happiness. I need that. I cried happy tears. I often forget how lucky I am, anxiety naturally puts me in a state of fear and belief that I'm alone. That's not true. :)

I felt like I was going to have a panic attack as I decided to go out. Thankfully, I did some breathing exercises and mindfulness. I came to do this guided meditation, and I felt... at peace. After reading some comments, I realized that I am not alone it this fight, that no one seems to understand (family & friends). The struggle is very real & have been fighting it for many years. Kept it hidden frm my husband for so long , until I could no longer hide it. Every day is a struggle 2 be normal & want to be the person I used to be. Very hard & sad @ times.

When you feel the sensation of anxiety or panic coming, sit with the feeling, don't run from it, try not to engage with the catastrophic thoughts, engage your senses count the people on the street, the objects in your room. Rate it from 1 to 10...say 8 now you really can't think, the emotional brain has taken over.. So to get the logical brain back count the people on the street, observe objects in your room, oh a vase there, 3 people over there, keep it simple, make a Decision NOT to make a decision! this helps the brain to say oh I don't need to do anything to get rid of this..Keep your breathing calm, don't do anything to try get rid of it otherwise it will get worse. Check in again oh I'm at level 3 now.. Now your logical mind comes back..Then go DO something.. This is how to break the cycle.. Take care guys... Love ❤ ye all.

Finding this video really helped me out a bit. Yesterday I suffered from a panic attack due to stress, stress from not getting enough sleep and today I couldn’t sleep well at night.
I just wanted to say that this video really calmed me down, my heart beat isn’t going at a rapid pace and I’m so happy! Thank you guys once again!

Suffering from hip displacement and back problems, the panic attacks grab me at the most awkward of times so that I worry about my continued ability to walk and within this first session I have felt my muscles relax, the extreme pain subsiding by 80% and the anxiety flowing out of me. Thank you so much. You saved someone today.

After 8 months of using your method, I have only reaped benefits. I still use it, now again as much as back then for I suffer from panic and anxiety attacks once more due to family problems and this method works wonders. I recommend it to everyone on this planet. Again thank you so much. I have recommended this to my kids as well and they agree with me. More people saved.
