- Welcome to this guided sleep meditation for positive affirmations while you sleep. This meditation has been created to help you overcome anxiety and worry and to fill your mind with positive thoughts and feelings while you fall sleep. It involves a gentle sleep talk-down followed by over 1.5 hours of spoken positive affirmations that will speak to your subconscious mind.
This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, it could be especially useful to anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping. A guided sleep meditation or guided sleep story, is a gentle and effortless way to help get you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation, provide stress relief and ultimately deep sleep. Reprograming your mind while you sleep can also be achieved by way of the positive affirmations that are included within this recording.

Today’s upload is a 2 hour Positive Affirmations which can be used to go to sleep but also continues so that the affirmations have more time to be impressed on the brain. While you listen you may also wish to add your own.
We’ve found this technique very useful for us over the years and hope that you do as well.🙂
Hi! I really hope you see this comment. I would really love to have a version of a video similar to this, but with at least 1 min, even 2min, of silence (just rain ) between affirmations. That allows to really integrate them, and also to listen to this as a background while studying... Also I would like a version where it is spoken with 'you' "you are safe" for exemple instead of 'I am safe', so it feels like someone talking to you...

Really good video except it’s RUINED by greedy TH-cam. A sleep video with a noisy ad 19 minutes in? 😡
Unfortunately, TH-cam has changed things such that we are now no longer able to fully control when the ads appear on free TH-cam accounts.
We have always been very careful to only ever insert one ad before the video begins; we meditate ourselves so know how jarring post-video ads can be, so we never add them ourselves.
This is as frustrating for us as creators, as it is for everyone.
These are the only ways we currently know to reduce/prevent this intrusive ads issue:
1. Turn off autoplay. This will prevent getting a pre-roll ad from the next video that plays, (although it doesn't guarantee there won't be a post-roll ad inserted by TH-cam).
2. Join our Premium Members Club to get access to our privately listed video library and member-only videos (all ad free).
3. Join TH-cam Premium (they completely remove the ads).
I just listened to this while taking a nap. I have never had such a deep and restful moment. I think the bags under my eyes and the anxiety in my chest ran away together. They are on their honeymoon in hell. 😅 This was awesome. Thanks.
