    Thank you honest guy. I was in such a rut where I felt like dying was the best possible answer. Your guided meditation has bought me back to life. I am energized and ready to bring peace, joy, love and abundance to the world because that is who I am.

    The meditations from this group are simply nothing short of amazing. This calms me down--someone who cannot sleep until 3 am almost every night. I can now take naps when needed and sleep 4 hours earlier.

    Can you please make this a longer version with the music extending for an hour or longer. I am going through severe insomnia and this meditation works better than any sleep talkdown on your channel for me. Please this will save my life.

    My sanctuary in the woods brought me dogs that I loved and lost years ago. Hugging them helps immensely. Thank you!

    Everyday at least for 15 minutes simply do nothing.
    Simply sit and stop doing anything, meditate until you reach a calm state of mind.

    what a powerful meditation this was, I literally felt like I was descending from my body and then a complete warmth covered my hands and feet. it was an amazing feeling, I’ll definitely keep doing this, it was amazing.

    What just happened? I was crying. I was sweating profusely. Then I felt loved, blessed and peaceful. Meditation is self-love.

    I wanted to connect with another me who lives a different dimension. At first I saw that I have a dark gray skin and pink hair. I walked in nature. There was pink fog in the air. Then I did a dance ritual. It was so magical, and my future self appeared. She is very feminine and she have a rose crown, light skin and brown hair. She have a very healing energy. It felt good to be with her. Thank you! Wow, so beautiful experience! ♥♥

    I don’t know how you guys do it. This is the only think that really clears my mind. I hope I can continue the practice through my days afterward. I have a difficult time with intrusive thoughts all the time. I need to continue to learn to not identify with them or let them bother me!! Thank you so much

    I’ve been battling with nightmares and wake up with panic, anxiety ,stress or ruminating thoughts. Sometimes just need to hear, it’s okay. You are safe. This meditation helps me so much.     My anxiety has been higher than usual for me and the daily struggle to function normal is starting to drain me. 😓
