    I suffered a brain injury in an auto accident in 2019, and I've often had difficulty with sleep. I found this video in the fall of 2019, and have listened to it countless times since. I've also recommended it to friends. I can't thank you enough!

    You two probably have no idea how big of an impact you are making on peoples lives. I do not think I would have survived graduate school without these videos, and I certainly won't make it through medical school without them. Thank you both so very much for taking the time to make these, and then putting them in this medium so everyone can use them.       @@madcatt09 Not yet.......this particular video is paying in dividends right now in my Boards study for my MD. Two more years and an additional 2 or 3000 more views of this particular video to go 😅.
      On that note, I finally have some money and I REALLY want to pay these two gentleman. I think they deserve no less than $50 for helping me as much as they have through the years. I should probably give them $100, but that will have to wait until I start getting paid. Maybe I will give them $50 right now, $100 when I graduate, and $500 when I finish residency. That seems very fair to me.

    I was having an anxiety attack last night from so much stress and I put this video on. I started the breathing technique and it helped me relax and fall asleep. I woke up this morning a little anxious and I played this video again. I feel completely relaxed now and ready to start the day.     i swear am not lying, this is the first time i sleep within 15 minutes since 3 years since i have severe insomnia. Thank you for the video. i slept for around 30 25 minutes not more but it was deep more like a power nap and it changed my day. gonna listen to this everyday hope it continues working. blesses everyone ❤️🙏🏽

    My bf has snoring problem, and i don't have the heart to tell him that it disturbs my sleep. So i put on your audios. Now, he feels I have overthinking issue and I follow sleep meditation. You guys are absolute charm. I don't know what this actually does, but waking after sleeping to this is different, it's so so so peaceful.

      @@swetakumari5593 Sweta, the fact you don't want to tell your boyfriend his snoring disturbs your sleep is cute, but I feel in time you won't have a choice but to find a more radical solution. It can be ear plugs or sleeping a few nights per week in separate rooms, but good sleep is a must and if his snoring wakes you up that could be bad for your health in the long run

      @@gtpowerboi9439 Meditation is a great way to relax and help fall asleep. But in addition, what helps me is daily exercise. Brisk walk, jog, weight lifting (even light) , etc certainly help me fall asleep. Daily Physical activity makes a big difference especially if you have a sedentary job or lifestyle. Just don’t do vigorous exercise right before sleep. A pre-sleep routine can also help. A meditation, reading or something calming nightly before you turn in may also help.

      @@TheHonestGuys found out that diving sound like the bubble makes me sleep, found that brain has its own rythem that can make it sleep and awake, you must find your rythem, some rains, waterfalls, birds singing! Some sound of train You have to try and see , hope its helpful

    For past few weeks I don't had perfect sleep.sometimes feel more sleepy but when I lye down unable to sleep. Struggled more than 1 hr. I heard this today afternoon, don't know when I slept. Woke up after 2:30 hrs. Tq Soo much. Really feeling relaxed.

    I listen to this every night it keeps me so relaxed and stress free and I fall asleep instantly 😂😂 I have no clue what you say after 10 mins but it’s hella relaxing. Best guided meditation ever!!! I even tried listening to everything during the day and I woke up 2 hours later confused as to how I slept 😂😂😂

    This is the best relaxing vedio I ve ever seen..I have been hearing to this for two weeks.. Still I m unable to hear the end of this vedio.Because I slept without knowing.. It was so amazing..I had anexity disorder and depression since my childhood..But now I feel 150% better..I this the best meditation for depression or anything...Thank you very much ! God bless you!

    I just found this and boy am I sure glad I did. I’m SOOOO tired and can’t sleep. Dragging during the day, and typically there’s no way I can sleep when it’s daytime. But this actually put me to sleep - in the middle of the day! I feel much better. Thank you so much 🙏🤣🙏♥️

    All your meditations are brilliant. I have become a fan. They are very relaxing and get me back to sleep. Recently, though, despite getting off to sleep when the meditation is finished, theads come up loud and noisy and wake me up to the degree i have trouble going to sleep again. It defeats the purpose and so I may find other ways of getting back to sleep. This is not just your channel, but I won't be listening to a lot of meditations on TH-cam anymore. Thank you for your help this far.

      I’m afraid that TH-cam will sometimes place ads at the end of a video which can’t be removed. TH-cam Premium has none and we have a members area which shows no ads, but other than that there is very little we can do.
