100%. I don't think I have ever seen Brennan hold himself back, which is why Trapp reins him in sometimes, but Mercer and Gutz both nerf themselves against normal competition and I'd love to see them really get to go at it!!

So weird to watch them struggle with the map of Antarctica. I'm Australian and I feel like there's a level of connectedness because Australia has been the starting point for so many iconic Antarctic expeditions.

Australia is the name of a hypothetical southern most continent. Had Antarctica been discovered first, it would have been named Australia instead of "opposite from the Artic"
I was legit shocked at this too, I thought it was a joke giveaway answer to whoever could buzz in first. The thing is, when I really thought about it...I have no idea why it seemed so obvious to me! Like, I've obviously seen the polar view once or twice, but I can't actually think of many reasons I would've looked at it repeatedly or had it drilled into my brain haha. (I'm American and also not a polar explorer or researcher.)

The only "lyrics" Lucifer's theme has other than maybe "being evil has a price" would be "Crime solving devil, it make sense. Don't over think it". It's not in the actual song but it's probably the only way (for this game) you could guess the show's name if you never listen to the full song.
Same thing with Charmed, the only lyrics here that are actually played in that theme are "I am the son and the heir."

Um actually, in the Aquaman movie, Orym actively says he wouldn’t try to recruit the people of the Trench because they can’t be controlled. This is further back up when it is explained in the movie that the people of the Trench became mindless and bloodthirsty monsters due to the environment of the Trench, and how being sent there is essentially a death sentence because the creatures within it have no thought or feeling, only an instinct to satisfy their appetites. The only reason Arthur is able to control them in the movie is because he wields Atlan’s trident, and this gives him the ability to communicate with all manner of sea creatures, even the monsters of the Trench.
Um, actually... the Shards of Adonalsium do not contain the power of all creation. This doesn't include the Dawnshards, 4 primal Commands that Adonalsium themself used to create all things.

Not a correction: The third song lyrics in the first Shiny Question segment is from a The Smiths song called "How Soon Is Now?". In a Generation X (X-Men Comic Book), one of the characters is a guy named Jono Starsmore (codenamed "Chamber") who has a tattoo of the lyrics from the same song near his groin as confirmed by the author.
I recognised these lyrics, but only from the cover of how soon is now by russian band tatu xD

Yeah i would just assume the theme song is the song that is not an unknown occurrence. And sometimes famous bands make songs for tv shows (a la bowling for soup for phineas and ferb or simple plan for what's new scooby doo) and also sometimes the theme song ends up charting or getting radio play anyhow. I think the walking on air song was a pre-existing song too

Um actually, that Highlander theme wasn't just "the Highlander theme", that was Princes of the Universe by Queen, from their 1986 album _A Kind of Magic._
I believe it was written for the original Highlander film as well. When they were saying "I think there are 3 films" I was thinking "Oh they are blissfully unaware of The Source."
um actually... the song was written for the movie first specifically. Queen was commissioned to create a theme song, and shown a rough cut of the film to craft a song for it.
the members of the band loved the movie so much, they offered to write additional songs.
Michael Kamen loved their music so much he incorporated their music into his score.
An original soundtrack album was never released.
so Queen released a partial album titled A Kind of Magic.
Fun Fact, Freddie Mercury only recorded the short snippet of his cover of "New York, New York" and no full version exists and was therefore not included on the album.

It is a different line. A different part of the song/full version. That's what makes this minigame tough. He can use any part of the song. Not just the part used for the show.
On one hand, its unfair to ask people to name the show when he's not using lyrics that were used for the show.

Um, Actually since you were talking about the movie Orm does call it "Our Mother's Trident" when speaking to Aquaman before the duel. The movie did mislabel the weapon but they still call it a trident.

Um actually, Highlander has a TV live action series, 5 live action movies, an animated series, an animated movie and a spin off live action show. Though there has been talk of a reboot...though I don't know if that was a movie or show.
Based on the attached director, odds are that it will be a movie.

Scrolled down to see if anybody caught that. The thing is, I can understand why she would think that they don't do anything, because it takes a LOT of hits, like a solid minute of whaling on that cucco, before a bunch of em start filling the screen and attacking you. In Ocarina of Time, by comparison, it takes like three hits. And they even have a little cutscene where the cucco does a rallying cry to call his comrades.

Um, actually...In the film, Prince Orm tries to unite four of the seven kingdoms of the original Atlantis. Those kingdoms being Atlantis, Xebel, the Brine, and the Fisherman but not the Trench.

I just started reading The Way of Kings a few weeks ago and now thanks to that question, I have to go read the Mistborn series too.
And Warbreaker, and Elantris, and Mistborn has two eras, and there's all the stories in Arcanum Unbounded, and Dawnshard, and the only free one, White Sand (well, the prose is free when you sign up for the newsletter. You have to pay for the graphic novel). And there's also 20 years of Words of Brandon from dozens of interviews and conventions to sort through! This is meant to be somewhat intimidating as a joke! Also he has a different interconnected universe called the Cytoverse because ... yeah. This is the man who was asked by WotC to write a short story for MtG and he wrote 50k words.

1) He immensely enjoys writing
2) he is disciplined and has a schedule which works for him
3) he hardly ever writes two similar books after each other so as to get excited about something different after completing a book. Of course, this only works because he has a lot of different projects
4) because he is very prolific, he’s gained a lot of experience
5) he thinks about the mechanics of story, setting and character a lot and even teaches a university course in sci-fi/fantasy writing

@@christianconrad242 Cytoverse is good. Keep it in the back of your mind of you tire of epic fantasy and need a little break with something a little different.
Reckoners is also very good for change of pace, though fans tend to agree that the ending to book 3 is lacking. I agree with the sentiment, though it worked much better on my reread of the series and the books are worth it either way to me.
Obviously, he has novellas that also break the pace quite well. Snapshot is good.
I would recommend not getting Emperor's Soul, Secret History or Edgedancer unless you are a collector, since all are included in Arcanum Unbounded btw, which is a collection of novellas. Think the same applies to Shadow for Silence but only in audiobook format if I'm not mistaken.
