Thank you so much for all your help. After starting your exercise suggestions for hip pain, within two days, I was better. At three days, pain free. I’m now starting these for my lower back plus supplements and the Mediterranean diet. It’s making a huge difference. You are so right about those big muscles in the lower back over compensating and causing pain! I cannot stress enough- how grateful I am for your freely given advice. I can barely get out of a vehicle or stand up from sitting anywhere due to tightness and stiffness but I’m determined to get a handle on it. I’m going to order your 28 day program because I have already gotten some much needed relief from your expertise. Thank you and many blessings to you.

I’m 46, went from having normal back pain to severe pain about 3 yrs ago. Chiropractor, PT, injections, then ended up having ALIF (fusion surgery l5-s1) Now I’m dealing with arthritis. My doctor has recently put together a plan. Lots of walking, stretching, ice therapy before bed, as well as a low dose muscle relaxer (5mg Flexeril) before bed as needed. Seems to be working ok, I’ll still get stiffness late afternoon/early evening so I’m going to incorporate your stretching exercises and hope it helps add to the daily regimen.

Thank you for sharing this video. I was very intrigued by this and would like to give it a try, although I first would like to ask if you think it would help people who suffer from back pain issues because of both arthritis and scoliosis? I’d really appreciate your thoughts!
Thanks again! I’m so glad to have found your channel! 😀

I am 77, and let Covid give me an excuse to quit going to the fitness center, and I got in bad shape literally and pain wise. I have arthritis in my back from the neck to the tail bone. I have three back braces, one with a shoulder harness and all make the pain worse. The cat /cow stretch helps more than anything I have tried, however I will try doing the first two often as they are new to me.

Great question Raymond! Sounds like you may have a lumbar spinal stenosis problem. This is very common with arthritis and it can affect nerve roots. One of the nerve roots gives sensation to the peroneal nerve area. Here is a playlist of videos that may be able to help you treat this if you are interested in learning more:
