    It helps me remember the dissimilarity between complaint and a piece of facts. The knowledge is a written allegation, while the complaint is a sworn written document. I was able to comprehend the lesson quickly because you addressed it thoroughly, that's the difference between complaint and information.

    Good day, Attorney. I appreciate you making this video. This lesson taught me the distinction between a complaint and information. A complaint is a sworn written statement charging a person with an offense, whereas an information is a written accusation charged with an offense subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court.

    Goodmorning Atty! In this video lecture, I have learned the difference between Complaint and Information, In Complaint subscribed by the offended party or other public officer. Police can complaint because the case is public crime. But in Information it subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court. Thankyou also for sharing your knowledge to us and keep inspiring❤

    What a wonderful video, Atty. Bajita!!! You are truly the great justice buddy..
    As usual, learning is great when it comes from you. These are the things I just learned;
    Complaint is a sworn written statement charging a person with an offense, subscribed by the offended party, any peace officer, or other public officer charged with the enforcement of the law violated.
    Information is an accusation in writing charging a person with an offense, subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court.
    Complaint or information sufficient is sufficient if it states the following:
    name of the accused;
    b. designation of the offense given by the statute;
    c. acts or omissions complained of as constituting the offense;
    d. name of the offended party;
    e. approximate date of the commission of the offense; and

    Good day Atty! This video helped me identify the difference between Complaint and Information. A Complaint is a sworn written statement charging a person with a offense and it can be subscribed by the offended party, any peace officer or public officer who is charged with the enforcement of the law violated while Information is the accusation in writing charging a person with an offense and it is subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court. In other words, the complaint is filed by the offended party, peace officer or any public officer while Information is filed by the prosecutor in the court. Another thing is the sufficiency of a complaint or information. The complaint or information might be dismissed if it lacks on facts. Thank you Atty!

    Thank you attorney for discussing the difference between complaint and information. Complaint is defined as a sworn written statement subscribed by the offended party or any peace officer charging a person with an offense. A complaint can be filed from law enforcement pillar to the prosecution but based on the last videos that I have watched, you can file a complaint directly to the court if the case is punishable below 4 years, 2 months and 1 day (under Rule 110 Section 1, 2nd paragraph).
    On the other hand, information is the written accusation charging a person with an offense, unlike the complaint, information is subscribed by a prosecutor and filed with the court. From prosecution pillar, the information may now be directly filed in the court.
    A complaint and information is sufficient if it states the name of the accused, designation of the offense given by the statute, the acts or omissions complained, the name of the offended party, the exact date of the commission of the offense and the place where the offense was committed. I have learned a lot from this video, thank you atty!

    Good day, Atty! Thank you again for this brief explanation about the difference between complaint and information. I've learned that complaint can be subscribe by the offended party, any peace officer or public officer and will be filed to the prosecution offices or it can be directed to the court, it depends on the crime committed. And, an information is subscribe only by the prosecutor and can be filed only in the court. This is an important matter to know, thank you for clarifying.

    lesson 15: Complaint vs Information
    Good Afternoon, Atty! Thank you for today's fantastic teachings, as we will learn more about Information and Complaint.
    Information vs. Complaint
    - is a sworn declaration charging a person with an infraction that is signed by the aggrieved party, any peace officer or public officer who can file a case against the persons who violated. While the Information is a formal criminal charge submitted by the public prosecutor or the fiscal against an accused individual, it is signed by the prosecutor and filed by the public prosecutor or the fiscal inside the court.
    The following should be stated in order for the complaint and information to be sufficient:
    - The accused's and the victim's or injured party's names
    -the place, date, and time when the offense was committed, as well as all relevant facts concerning the acts or commission of the offense, should be disclosed.
    When is a complaint or piece of information enough?
    -It is adequate if it mentions the following:
    a. the accused's name;
    b. The statute's designation of the offense;
    c. acts or omissions alleged to constitute the crime;
    d. the insulted party's name;

    Lesson # 3.
    Good day, Atty!!
    I've learned that complaint is the sworn written statement charging a person with an offense, subscribed by the offended party, any peace officer, or public officer charged with the enforcement if the law violated while the information is the accusation in writing charging a person with an offense, subscribed by the public prosecutor and filed with the court.
    A complaint or information is sufficient when it states:
    (a) name of the accused;
    (b) designation of the offense given by the statute;
    (c) acts or omissions complained of as constituting the offense;
    (d) name of the offended party;
    (e) approximate date of the commission of the offense; and
    (f) place where the offense was committed.
    Also, it is necessary that all of the facts are complete in a complaint or information in order to be called it a sufficient document and be valid. Like in cooking a dish, all of the ingredients must be enough and complete for the taste to be delicious.
    Thank you for sharing this information with us ❤️

    Thank you for discussing very well the lesson, I'm now aware of the distinction between a complaint and information. A complaint is a sworn written declaration accusing someone of committing an offense, signed by the offended party, any peace officer, and any other public officer entrusted with enforcing the law. It can be filed with the prosecutor's office or the court. Information, on the other hand, is a written accusation that charges a person with a crime and is signed by a prosecutor. It is possible to file it with the court. I've also learned when a complaint or piece of information is enough. #JusticeBuddy

    This video gave me enough knowledge about the difference of a Complaint and Information. Even they are both have the same goal that is to charge a person with an offense they differ in who has the ability to subscribed the written statement and to where it will be filed. I've learned that Complaint can be subscribed by an offended party, peace officer or public officer. Since criminal cases are generally public crimes, so law enforcement can also file a complaint. While the Information can only subscribed by a Prosecutor and directly filed with the court and Complaint will be filed at the office of prosecutor and also in court. I've also learned that in order to a Complaint and Information sufficient and not to be dismissed, it should contains complete facts such as the name of accused, designated of the offense given by the statue, acts complained of as constituting the offense, name of the offended party, date of the commission of the offense and the place where the offense committed. All of that knowledge, thanks to you Atty., good day and godbless!

    Good day Attorney! Through this i learned the differences between complaint and information. The complaint can be filed directly to the prosecution office by a public officer or complainant while information was done by a prosecutor to be given in court. The similarities of this two was it should be detailed and the informations must be sufficient and complete for it to be filed in the court.

    These another set of takled knowledge gave me more understanding about the difference between compliant and information. I've learned that the compliant is a charging a person with an offense which is subscribed by the following :
    *offended party or the victim
    *peace officer or the police
    *And the public officer
    The peace officer or the police are enable and has rights to file/complain due to the criminal cases are a public crimes,in other side the case can be filed in the office of the prosecutor and in the court. While the information is an accusation of writing and subscribed only by the public prosecutor and its case will be filed in the court. I also learned that a complaint or information will be sufficient if it's in accordance with the requirements like the realname of the accused, what crime did the criminal committed, detailed incident, exact date and time, then lastly the place where the offense was committed.thank you atty.!

    Great evening Atty. Thankyou for giving Us another product of information, I discovered that the distinction of the grievance to data is that the objection is a sworn composed proclamation accusing of an individual with an offense and bought in by the irritated party, any harmony official, or other public official. While the data, it is an allegation recorded as a hard copy accusing an individual of offense and bought in by the prisecutor and documented with the court. I likewise discovered that by and large criminal cases are public violations and you can document the objection in the workplace of the public investigator or in the court. You can tell that the grumbling and the data is adequate on the off chance that it expresses the name of the blamed, assignment of the offense given by the resolution, acts or oversights whined, name of insulted party, inexact date of the commission and where the offense was submitted. Again a ton of much obliged for sharing us your insight and Godbless✨
