Goodday atty. In this video I have learned more about the Katarungang Pambaranggay. Firts of all, I learned that their jurisdiction was amicably settle cases within their respective baranggay punishable by imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding P 5,000. Also, I have learned some of the offenses that are punishable by the RPC Cognizable by the Lupon. Those are the crimes against public order, crime against public interests, crimes against persons, crime against security, crimes against property and lastly was crimes against honor.
