Greeting Atty. Bajita. My favorite part of the content is the Article III Bill of Rights Section 12, simply the Miranda Rights,“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.” , this must never be forgotten by the Police so that he/she must avoid technicality on court, the police must give importance to the rights of person of interest to avoid problems if the person of interest got a good attorney to defend his/her crime because of the money. I learned a lot sir. Thank you and Godbless
Good day atty, thank for another knowledge. I've learned a lot especially from the article 3 section 12 (bill of rights) that every single person who's under investigation has the right to remain silent and to have independent counsel. I learned also that no torture, force, violence, threat, intimidation, or any other means which vitiate the free will that can be used against the suspect. "Wag mong ilagay sa kamay mo ang batas" we should always remember this. #AralNaAralKayJusticeBuddy
Good day Atty. My favorite part of the lesson today is the Article III Bill of Rights Section 12 under paragraph 1 that any person under investigation for commission of an offense shall have the right to be informed of his rights. It is one of my favorite part because not all people know their rights especially if they are being investigate so, it is important to inform them first. And also the Article III Bill of Rights Section 12 under paragraph 2 that no torture, force, violence, threat, intimidation, or any other means which vitiate the free will shall be used against him. In short there should no Police brutality. Thank you Atty. for this informative video. God Bless po.
Good day Sir/Atty. I learned a lot today about the continuation of Relevant Laws and Concepts to the Powers and Functions of Law Enforcement Pillar. I learned that in the Article III: Bill of Rights, Section 12. Paragraph 1, The Miranda Rights or Miranda Doctrine or Miranda Warnings, that the offender have the right to be informed of his right to remain silent and to have competent and independent counsel. And in Section 12. Paragraph 2, that you cannot use force, intimidation, violence, threat or any other means against him just to admit their crime. And sa Section 12. Paragraph 4, na maari ka ding makulong at magbayad ng danyos dahil sa pag-torture sa offender para lang ito ay mapa-amin sa kanyang krimen na ginawa. Thank you for another knowledge Sir. Godbless po😇
Lesson 13 Good day Atty. Good day Sir/Atty., .Thank you for the continuation of your discussion about the Relevant Laws and Concepts to the powers and Functions of Law Enforcement Pillar. My favorite part of this video is about the Article III: Bill of rights Section 12 paragraph (2) No torture, force, violence, threat, intimidation, or any others means which vitate the free will shall be used against him. Because if you become a police officer, you have no right to torture anyone because if the suspect commits a crime, you should imprison him and file a case. You let the court file a case based on evidence, law and on due process. Do not put the law in your hands because you are the law enforcer, you should not break the law. Thank you sir, Godbless po ❤

Thank you, Atty!

In short there should no Police brutality. Thank you Atty. for this informative video. God Bless po.
