Good day, Atty. In this video, I learn the distinctions between the Purpose, Venue, and Jurisdiction of the Court. A court, in addition, is a governmental entity that is legally assembled under the authority of law at the required time and place for the administration of justice, through which the government enforces its sovereignty rights and power. I learn that the court's responsibilities include resolving disputes, ensuring stability, and carrying out administrative duties. The venue is the location or location where the case will be heard. The authority to hear, prosecute, and convict a lawsuit, on the other hand, is referred to as jurisdiction. Thank you very much for all of the information you provide us, Atty.

Good Day Attorney our Justice Buddy! In this lesson I learned about that court is a governmental body officially assembled under the authority of law. An administration of justice through which the state enforces its sovereign rights and power. Some courts are Supreme court, court of appeals, regional trial court and municipal trial court. The functions of the court are to decide controversies, Maintain or keep peace (it gives finallity to the controversies), Administrative role (court have the athority to those members). You also discussed about the venue where the case is to be tried and difference of it to the jurisdiction where it is the power to hear and try the case, and impose the punishment (I speak by the law)(Regional trial court has the authority to it) Thank you Atty. For the very clear and concise example case/ crime situation for us to easily understand it.I have learned so much from you and I look forward to learning more. Thankyou Justice Buddy.

Good day Atty., Thank you for another insightful video lecture today. After watching the video, I learned various profound definitions and functions of court, venue, and jurisdiction. As discussed in the video it was mentioned that a court is a governmental body official assembled under the authority of law for the purpose of administration of justice. Also, it is the lawful venue where a person can fight for his/her rights. As our society became more civilized as time goes by, it is civil and lawful to go to court if someone was aggrieved with his/her rights. Moreover, it was also mentioned in the video lecture the three functions of the court has. It is to decide controversies, keeping the peace, and administrating roles. In addition, the term venue and jurisdiction were also defined in the lecture, describing the venue as the site or the place where the case is to be tried and jurisdiction as a power to hear and try the case by the court. Overall, it was a concise and fruitful discussion widening our knowledge about the courts, venue, and jurisdiction. Thus, after watching, it makes me curious and looking forward to more video lectures of yours. Thank you so much, and God bless.

    Good Afternoon Atty.
What I learned today about what is court and it's functions is that the court is a governmental body under the authority of law for administration of justice that has 3 functions that Decide controversies, Keep Peace and Administrative Role.
In addition to that, I learned the difference of Venue and Jurisdiction is that the venue is "where" the trial will be held and Jurisdiction that literally means speaking by the law is the power to hear, try the case and impose the punishment

Gooood day Atty. Thank you for sharing your knowledge about what is Court's functions, venue and jurisdiction. My favorite part was that every court was made by law and they are the one who enforces the law. The saying "Kapag nasa katwiran Ipaglaban mo", the court is the one who decide controversies, they keep peace and if possible they want the 2 parties to get well.
