  • Hey all, after much contemplation, I decided to share my workout routines with you, I have always enjoyed dance and movement, so it's something I knew I wanted to share in different ways.
    If you try it I hope you enjoy it, and get a bit of a sweat🤩, my workouts differ in tempo depending on the day, sometimes we'll have a rest in-between the movements and other times there won't be, sometimes its just a flow, my workouts are usually inspired as I begin moving that's why you should expect a lot of full body workout☺️ this is also a way i connect with my inution and guidance, I know God guides us in all things we do if we surrender anything to Him, so I pray this too will be for His glory.
    so in the 'Move with me playlist' we will do a mix of dance, basics, pilates, yoga, trauma/emotional release intuitive inspired movement including breath work [movement of/with breathe]; that help the body to stay toned and fit as one aspect, but all the while seeing the body as a manifestation of our minds, we tap into our emotional bodies, stored emotions show up in the physical body as well, we let go release and hold space for ourselves as a container for our soul to live an active and embodied life !
    my philosophy with movement is that consistency is all we need, we move with our energy, knowing when to push through and when to slow it down!
    This workout targets the whole body! the ankle weights are optional.
    we will do a 1min on with 10sec rest in-between each movement. progress over perfection.
    remember to engage specific muscles when doing each move, please move with care and don't do anything that doesn't feel comfortable! 🌞
