Hey, @anilgupta3909! I don't really have a workout plan to recommend. We do have followers who do different exercises everyday, some who do the same workout until they see results. Personally, I suggest that you do the same workout for a week just to see what results it's going to yield and then try a variety of exercises the following week. But then again, you should still be the one to decide which works best for you. I hope this helps :) Good luck and let me know how it goes!💪
@@anilgupta3909 First of all I drink lemon juice mixed in hot water in the morning and I eat food in portion control throughout the day and whenever I exercise, I first warm up and then exercise atleast 40 min and I loose 1kg weight in one week but in this week I do exercise only 4 times and I am not that much consistent and now I am trying to do regular exercise and diet
