Yes please! More workouts like this - intense, but so varied that it's really motivating. And you make it easy to modify up or down. This might be the first new year challenge I stick to throughout :)

Yes, I love it. The move reaching to the side for the obliques was my favorite part. My only issue was neck pain. I had to modify just using only my legs at some points. My neck is weak from whiplash in a car accident 5 years ago. More modifications for neck strain would be helpful for some of us. Thank you!!
