    I was suffering due to shortness of breathe post corona... since last 20 days I was unable to breathe which was making me feel suffocate. But this exercise is a miracle.... right from the first day I am feeling superb... seems I have got a new life.. Thank you so much... God bless you❤️

      @@ashutoshmishra8494 doctor suggested me foracart inhaler.. you should consult good pulmonologist. shortness of breath is still there but not that much...i feel suffocated also. Start Spirometer exercises too

    I have been suffering with shortness of breath since getting over Covid. The exercise where you hum and beat on your chest had me throwing up so much mucus. I am so amazed! I will be doing these exercises everyday several times a day until my lungs are clear. Thank you!

    Linda, terrific as usual. My wife works at a school, brought home some sort of respiratory virus........She was knocked out of commission for a couple of days. My turn, I was congested, but this helped clear it up. Thanks Linda!

    I am suffering from anxiety and chest pain bcoz of what is happening right now. So much negative news everywhere, I get panic attacks because im scared. This helped me a lot! Ill do this 3x a day or whenever I feel tightness in my chest. May God bless you maam ❤

    Wow!!! I almost went to Urgent Care last night because my chest was really tight.. Found this video and for the first time in I dont know in how long, I slep thru the night and my breathing was perfect!!! Im doing this video everyday now. So thank you so much...

    I have bronchiectasis and Mac bacteria in my lungs. Airway clearance is incredibly important. I've been having a very hard time bringing mucus up. I feel so blessed to have found your video. I think this is really going to help me. Thank you so very much!

    I woke up at 4a with wheezing, tight chest and a hacking cough. I took some CBD, elderberry sups, sipped tumeric tea with honey and found this video. I’m definitely more relaxed in my chest and my breathing doesn’t sound as bad… like gurgling in my chest bad. Thank you so much! 🥺🙌🏽

      Next time you have breathing issues..try raw garlic...I see you do turmeric..excellent! I have had asthma attacks and the best thing for me is just to bite a garlic clove...opens everything up immediately. It's not hard to do when your depends on it...or...you can chop the garlic onto buttered toast..certainly more palatable. And to fend off any virus ..flu or rhino..I will immediately drink a tonic of raw garlic soaked in water

      The garlic is crushed and soaked in glass of water for at least 20 minutes...then I just drink the liquid. This almost always keeps anything in my head from going to the lungs. And I am doing wim Hoff breathing also to strengthen and build lung capacity.. Love 💘 this young lady's exercises...so amazing

      @singerbiswajitnanda863 Seems my response was knocked off. My husband is a singer..his favorite go-to is Neil Med sinus rinse. Drink the garlic water whenever you feel an illness coming on

    For the past 3 days my chest has felt somewhat heavy and pressured, unfortunately I believe it is due to smoking which I am going to try my best to quite as I’m trying to regain my health while I am young, this exercise helped so much with getting that feeling off of my chest and is amazing, I’m finally able to relax without taking medicine. Thank you so much for this

      Diet, exercise, etc........are important........But, giving up smoking would do you the most good, far outweighing anything else.

    I get anxiety which can cause tension in the chest and I have to say that these exercises are absolutely brilliant and I shall continue doing them on a daily basis. You are amazing and I have also been doing your other exercises. You are so wonderful

    My mom got relif on doing this .
    She had heavy chest pain whenshe used to cough . before seeing this video we were hopless and she starts to struggle for breathing and I told her to do this( it's not difficult too ) . on doing this she regain breathing within 5 minutes very useful tip.

    I am suffering from bronchiectasis for the past 17 years. In the recent past I was infected repeatedly. My thick phlegm wouldn't come out with breathing exercise. But your methods have worked. Thanks for being an amazing and enthusiastic teacher. You are a life saver. ❤

    Thank you ❤ I currently have a chest infection and to prevent it from getting worse I’ve been looking at videos to try and help me bring up sputum/phlegm. This video was really helpful & I managed to clear some of the mucus sat on my chest which gives me hope I’ll start to feel better soon. ❤

      I am also going through a cold or flu, this is the worst chest cold i've had in years. Just wondering how you are doing and what symptoms you had. The most bothersome symptom for me is dry cough and wheezing in my chest, plus fever and body aches. Dry cough is turning into productive cough but wheezing is still there. When I do these exercises I end up coughing up phlegm.

      Are you also having tightness in chest and are you sure it's not COPD please reply I am also facing same issue

    This exercise was my saviour. I was feeling air lock in the windpipe which was painful even at a sip of tea. I am feeling so light. Thank you very much.
