What about when the pleghm seems to be stuck up in your lower throat or to one side? Can't hock it out. Tried lemon and honey and carbonated water. Nothing works.

You can also turn your shower head onto the hottest setting possible, and leave the bathroom, come back 10 mins later when the bathroom is completely steamed up, and hang out in there for 30 mins. Turns every solid thing in your chest into liquid, making it super easy to cough up when paired with the techniques in this video
I am currently in Hospital with Acute Bronchitis. So far have been with a lot of phlegm that does not come out. Started doing your exercises and it’s finally coming up. Thank you so much. Will ❤ continue this treatment at home once I’m discharged. You are a lifesaver❤
Thank you so much for these breathing techniques. Currently nursing a severe chest infection. The Dragon Breath worked the best. Also this video was entertaining. Haven't been able to smile or laugh all week until now. 💕✨Wishing you and Hin the best. 😊😅 🌬️🐲
Maybe the algorithm has heard me coughing so presented this video, but I've had a nagging cough for months (non-covid related). I tried this, and I've been coughing up phlegm for 15 minutes. And I do deep breathing and exercise every day. This really worked. Thank you!

Got sick on thanksgiving and this helped alot before I even found this video I was doing something similar. Now that I know I’m on the right path I’m going to do it properly and hope I get rid of this cough soon
I'm a voice teacher and vocal coach. This is the best video I have ever seen for breathing and for clearing the lungs. I use this video and I highly recommend it to my students. The explanation and step by step instruction is brilliant. I am not fond of the straw technique but the straw and water at the end of this video is the correct ratio. I like that the straw is used without phonation (no voice) and it finishes off the exercise routine nicely. Bravo!
I am 69 and have COPD, bronchiectasis, and of course emphysema. When I saw you blowing bubbles through the straw, I had a good laugh (which, within itself helped expel the phlegm!). All the years of being told not to blow through a straw because it's rude....I AM ECSTATIC!!! Now I can indulge and know I won't get chastised!!! Thank you!!😄
I'm saving this video forever. I laughed so hard at your wonderful facial expressions that brought out some phlegm by itself. Thank you so much for your beautiful personality shining through! Love it!
@@SuperGenemachine Well have a phlegm layer on all tissues in the body. Even between the organs as a sliding aid. The issue is excess due to irritation with an inability to clear it. Unless you exercise vigorously for 45 min 3x per week. Heart range in the 80-85%
I currently am day 7 with covid. I have been trying to cough up the phlem for the last 2 days. It's been stuck in there, like glue. But man, doing these breathing exercises brought up so much and I feel like I can actually get a full breath in now with out the phlem rattling and a non productive coughing fit. Going to keep doing this because it sure helps! Thanks!
I hope you got better. I got COVID recently too and I am currently 1 month in having breathing problems. I am taking some lung medication which I am not super comfortable with including some corticosteroids which I am definitely not a fan of. Progress is very slow. I will start trying this technique in the shower today.
A year ago when COVID started there was a British couple on holiday cruising on Princess. They both developed the virus and where ultimately transferred to a Japanese hospital. The hospital wanted to put the husband on a ventilator, but he refused. Instead he said he started rigorous deep breathing exercises. He recovered without going on the ventilator. His wife's case was not as severe. Both survived. He did a TH-cam video telling of their experience.
Rushed around one morning to make a doctor's appointment so when they checked my oxygen level it was only 84...I did deep breathing for one or two minutes and brought it up to 91. The nurse practitioner went "Much, much better!" It's a good thing to know!

Thank you SOOOOO much for this!!! I’m currently on day 7 of the worst flu/COVID of my life. I haven’t been able to sleep because I felt like I was drowning and gasping for air. Genuinely terrifying. Every breath out was bubbling and crackling. After doing your technique only 2 x in a row I can actually take deep breaths and am coughing up so much fluid. Thank you!!! ❤🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I can actually feel oxygen getting absorbed now!
yes! i had the crackling too! omg it was scary i recorded myself and listening back it sounds like i was possessed. such a horrible and scary sickness really makes you appreciate life.
@@Lurch685 What is the correlation with low vitamin “D” levels and coughing/phlegm??? I’ve heard someone else mention this the other day but with no explanation. Thanks in advance.
This is so simple and very helpful, I had a speech impediment when I was younger, I was taught to use my diaphragm to control my breathing when I spoke, much as singers and actors do to project their voice. So many people shallow breathe without realising it, this all made perfect sense to me. Thank you for posting.
After being diagnosed with copd I was enrolled in a pulmonary rehab program. I don’t think I was taught your various breathing exercises but I was taught about blowing air through a tube into a container of water (which I do whenever the need arises). I will definitely add your various breathing techniques to my repertoire. Thank you for this video.
Deep breathing is just taking a long breath in through the nose. It should be longer than your exhale. Then holding it for just a moment (don't make it a contest...just for a moment). Then exhale through the mouth. Just keep it up and your oximeter readings will go up. (You should feel the inhalations in your diaphram). A nurse turned me on to this. Keep in mind that when you are in the hospital, they will not release you unless your oximeter reading is at least at 90. So, immediately after breakfast get ready for the doctors to make their rounds...relax and practice the breathing! If you can keep your readings up and have no other issues pack your bags. I have COPD and it's pretty bad but because I've eliminated some bad teeth I've stayed out of the hospital. I also had to get medication to avoid panic attacks....not necessarily because I can't breath but when I get hot and my need for oxygen goes up! The doctors in the hospital let me know that they cannot prescribe them and said I should talk to my primary doctor. i was so suprised she dashed off a prescription. Also, if you keep getting jury summons, call them up! COPD is an acute illness. After sending letters from my doctor over and over again, I finally talked to someone with brains who excused me permanately! Remove everything you can that creates anxiety and stress. COPD is enough trouble. Good luck...be well!
Wow, this in combination with gargling warm salt water really helps! No more sugary food when there’s mucus. I’ve learned my lesson, and a solution for it too!
This suddenly appeared in my recommendation today 04/15/21 Ive had Covid and today is my 28th day since I had the horrible symptoms and 25th days since Ive been tested positive. I have dry cough and these few days phlegm wants to come out. I keep clearing my throat and I am lightly patting my chest and noticed some phlegm are coming out when I cough a little bit. I am gonna do this exercise too to add to my regimen. Pray for me to recover well and total healing.
Use half spoon turmeric powder and crush 10 pc black pepper . Add 1liter water and boil till half liters. Drink 3 times a day. Also use aspirin once a day. This will dissolve clots in blood and oxygen will flow in vital organs easily.
August 2023. This was the most helpful video for me to clear phlegm right away! I remembered after doing some deep breath exercises. I coughed up some thick phlegm that obviously needed to be outside my body. But since then I found myself struggling for air to breathe as if lungs were full. This popped in my recommendation videos today. I was laying down. Did some. I said nope let me stand up. Did every single one. Even blew water on my damn self the first time 😂 a few minutes later. Phlegm started to come out. Thanks so much. Will practice every day
A steamy shower and leaning forward or bending over as much as you can on the exhales while doing those is even more effective, getting the "gravity" to work for you a bit by moving the effect from the bottom to the front of your lungs.
Additional information that is available.. Proning Basically it is a kneeling position, forehead to the knees or floor. Look for discussion online about proning to see demonstrations and breathing technique.
Much more effective when one is well hydrated. Hydration results in thinner, less viscous sputum, which makes it easier to cough it up and out past the vocal chords.
HELLO. The lungs need to be hydrated the same as muscles. We all seem to understand that muscles need to stay hydrated for best health and performance, but most people don't understand that our organs, veins and vessels require hydration for proper performance, also. "Dry cough" means that your lungs are dehydrated and therefore you cannot cough up the phlegm/sputum. Then that crap stays in your lungs and becomes infected. This was always true even before Covid, so more important now.
@@OOTurok Yeah, I was just trying to not only support the original comment, but give a little biological reasoning as to why hydration is so important to every part of our body, especially our lungs in times of respiratory viruses.
@Coolerthan Afrieza "Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%." The lungs are 83% water, the highest of any organ in the body. Why on Earth, with all of these viruses attacking the lungs, would we not promote super-hydration?
@Coolerthan Afrieza The purpose of drinking juice & eating watery foods, like soups... is to provide nutrition in addition to maintaining hydration. Electrolytes are extremely critical to hydration... because without them, the cells in your body cannot absorb water. When you are infected with pathogens... you rapidly loss electrolytes into your bloodstream, as your immune system fights off the infection, which is passed through your urine. This is why people, who only drink water when they are ill, become bloated. The bloating is a sign, your cells are not absorbing the water. You also rapidly looses essential vitamins and minerals during an infection, which can be quickly replaced with different jucies. This is why doctors always say to drink plenty of fluids when you are sick, to get hydrated any way you can... & given that juices are 99% water... it will literally be impossible to become dehydrated drinking & eating only juices & soups.
AMAZING! I've been suffering for a week and no sleep due to a thick phlegm obstruction. I just found this video, tried the breathing exercises and it worked instantly! Thanks so much and I wish our GP's here in the UK would learn this.
Bronchitus, chest infections, flu's that lead to them, over 30 years I have trialed an errored with breathing techniques. This video confirms everything I have learned. Cleaning out my lungs as best I can has always led me to rapid recovery. Also it's crazy how relieving it is when you manage get rid of the majority of plegm build up. You can actually feel the tempreture of the air hit the bits of your lungs that have been clogged/covered up with plegm.
Few years ago I discovered by chance that coughing at the end of the breathe will get rid of phlegm easier w/o injuring the trachea. Thanks for the extra tips with deep breathes moisturizing the air sacs for even better results
Dairy free, soy free ,gluten free, cook with coconut oil because it’s lighter on your chest than every other oil, drink peppermint tea because stomach gas leads to asthma attacks too, get an allergy test and whatever your allergic too don’t eat anymore, don’t sleep with food on your stomach or eat past 9:00 your body digests doesn’t digest good properly past 10:30 and then the food starts to ferment in your stomach causing undue gas leading to more phlegm.
@@nuttyfroot if anybody with asthma wanted to make 1 wholesale change that would improve their life forever it would be cutting out dairy because of that 1 change I’ve been able to go from taking my puffer all my life every other day sometimes twice a day to clearing out a lot of phlegm and taking a puff maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years.
Yeah, cut out dairy. It made me break out too. I use cocanut milk instead. Something else is causing s lot of phlem for me. Probably carbs. But plants bother my asthma too. I've been suffering with pneumonia for almost 4 weeks.. I did this yesterday and once again this morning again and Holy hell I almost feel normal again. THANK YOU.
As an asthmatic, I found that forcefully exhaling like you did really helps clear up my wheezing. I always wondered if I was causing damage to my lungs, glad to see its a Dr recommended method.
I was skeptical but this really worked. I have whatever is going around now (December 2022), cold, flu, Covid, who knows, and I am full of congestion. This really helped to loosen it. My breathing is now completely clear. Will be doing this a few times every day until this passes! Thank you! :)
In my experience, with my own cough following a cold, the important part of this is the breathing out as long as possible. Breathe out until you feel there's nothing left and you are actually making a wheezing noise. The wheezing noise is the phlegm starting to come up. At that point I can cough a bit and get something out. Instead of all that coughing without anything coming out. I'm a smoker so I always cough, and I do suffer with a cold so this strategy is great for getting rid of phlegm.
I had what I think was COVID back in March 2020. It got so bad I could hardly breath. I stood in the shower for 10 minutes with it as hot as it would go, breathing in the hot moist air. This really helped loosen the phlegm and coupled with the deep breath and huffing I started bringing it up. I started getting much better straight away. Did this twice a day , first and last thing for a few days.
@@theolderigetthewrongbitget4746 Heat is important in fighting inflamation and just look at fever. Your body raises the temperature to fight the virus and your grandma would probably tell you to stay wrapped in the warm blanket when you are sick. This is not new and thats how people used to treat such ilnesses. Now many doctors say that you shouldn't reduce the fever unless you actually get too hot which can be dangerous. There were a study saying that reducing fever during covid lead to lower antibodies levels compared to the controll group. While working as a site engineer i used to get warm air on my legs in the car to fight any flu which after a few hours of driving would get much better.
This helped me SO much! I’ve been wheezing so much lately and I just got a lot of that out in 10min. I’m going to do this daily and see how it goes for a week
I've been dealing with a sinus infection and bronchitis (which is chronic for me) for over two weeks now, and the very first "huff" definitely loosened up some of the phlegm left over in my chest. I need to show this to my wife!
I remember doing something similar to this when I was admitted to the emergency room years back. I was wheezing when I breathe through my nose and mouth. Doctor said I could of died if I waited any longer been admitted. One of the staff told me to breath in 3 times and then the last one breather fast and hard. That exercise pushed a lot of the phlegm i had in my lungs. And I felt so much better no more limited breathing.
Phlegm and dry mouth keeps me aware of my incessant cancer pain every 1-2 hours. This really helps my respiratory system (just had near fatal sars/double pneumonia) when awakened. Thx so much

Very clearly explained, thank you. Couple of years ago, after a heavy cold, I woke up “drowning” in mucus - couldn’t breathe in at all - frightening. Knowing and practising these techniques may have prevented that. Perhaps we all need to re-learn diaphragm breathing especially now. Thanks again and keep well.
Interesting I had something very similar. All of a sudden I couldn’t breathe due to mucus being produced in my lungs. Doctors gave me antibiotics but couldn’t shift it. In the end they gave me a brown inhaler and tat has kept the mucus at bay. This started about 5 years ago
I have covid and wow this is really helping me get the mucus out of my lungs!! I spent awhile last year doing training breathing just in case I ever got covid & between that and this I'm thankful so far in my second week I'm still at home trying to navigate my way safely through it!! All glory to God!!
No glory for the guy who made this video? Just God? So God's like the capitalist company owner who does no work but profits from the work of his disciples?
I finally gave it up almost 2 years ago at age 42... I had been a moderate smoker since age 16. 26 years. and I loved to smoke. I did. I was sure my last breath would be exhaling cigarette smoke. I can't say exactly what pushed me to actually commit to quitting. It was a combination of wanting to be healthier that's for sure. I love going to shows and festivals like Bonnaroo and dancing all day and into the night-and i loved other physical activities like hiking and swimming and once I hit 40 I could feel the weight of all the shit in my lungs. I have always suffered from terrible migraines and the last few years of my 30s those migraines were originating from my sinuses. I wanted to smell and taste everything like I felt I had not in at least a decade. And I wanted to no longer smell like an ashtray or for my clothes or my home to smell that way either ,even though I had at least stopped smoking inside my house or my car for at least 2 years by this point. I wanted to not throw away 6-7$ every time I bought a pack of cloves and use that money for things like art supplies, new tools for woodworking and epoxy resin bc I very much wanted to start my own business making one of a kind live edge wood, epoxy river coffee tables. There were just so many things I wanted that smoking was keeping me from- in one way or another. It was hard. much harder than when I quit drinking and 2nd only to kicking opiates(which I unfortunately had to do twice bc I'm hard headed and like most addicts thought I could partake in highly addictive substances occasionally without becoming physically dependent. I found out that I was,in fact, a human being and that avoiding a physical addiction to things like pain killers and methadone is not at all possible. But I digress. Giving up smoking was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I admit I am not a cold turkey kind of gal and as with everything else,I had to ween myself off slowly, over time. Things really picked up for my when I bought myself a new vape and e juice as my 42nd bday present to myself- and the key was spending every cent of my monthly cigarette budget when I did. I boxed myself into a perfect corner. I needed the nicotine and could have it if I vaped. Bc I also needed to pay my rent , utilities, car payment, groceries, food for my animals,ect... And bc I purposely spent every cent of cig money on a vape and juice- buying a pack of cigarettes was not going to be possible for at least 3 weeks. Period. After the 1st week though,I knew that putting down cigarettes forever was not only possible- it was already in the works. I could taste and smell everything now and no longer felt winded at the slightest of physical activities. Suddenly so many things were no longer a dream but a reality for my very near future. That kind of positive reinforcement did wonders for my self esteem and since of accomplishment and all these things combined just make the process easy. By the beginning of the next month when I had money to burn (literally-on cigarettes if I had wanted) I was so far into the whole transformation that I ended up saving that money as I continued to now vape less and less. When my e juice got low a couple of momths later i forced myself to stretch it out even further just to prove i could do it and I did not end up purchasing more e juice for another 2 weeks. When I did I finally ran out I bought only one bottle this time and in addition to a much smaller bottle i also went down on the strength as well. That ended up being my last nicotine related purchase to date. I have since only continued to make better, healthier life choices and have never looked back, never felt a twinge of regret or so much as craved even a single drag off a cigarette or a vape. Quitting is a ridiculously difficult thing to do. I know because my final ,successful attempt was no where near my 1st. Everything fell into place in my life- and I had a wonderful support system too. I share this with you bc I know if I can do it you can do it. I believe in you bc I was able to believe in myself and make the dream a reality. I wanted it enough to make it happen. And I know when you are ready- you can do it too. I hope this helps you- if only in the smallest of ways. I hope it will help and empower anyone hoping to make the same change for their lives and for themselves. And if you find you are not yet ready- please, don't give up the dream. It can be your reality whenever you are ready. No judgment. Only love... I wish you- and all who may read this- all the happiness and health this world has to offer. Take care and stay safe. ♡
I finally quit. Well twice, in 2021 i quit for 8mo, then started smoking on thanksgiving again 🤦🏻♂️. Then smoked during 2022, and finally quit again maybe 8 weeks ago? Not going back at all! Not doing it!!
Oh my! This actually works. The coughing part is a bit scary for me, because I feel like puking and I have bizarre fear of throwing up. But the breathing techniques do work amazingly. I felt the air in parts of my chest that hadn’t felt it in a couple of years. Thank you.
Don't be afraid to vomit, it's a natural body function that helps you get rid of things that don't belong inside of you. If you're concerned about a mess, go to the bathroom. Puking into a toilet is the easiest to clean up.
@@vanillacokejunkyit’s not the mess that I’m afraid of rather the choking. I keep thinking that I’m gonna choke by the same fluids that I’m vomiting and it happens you know. Like for some time I fixated on the thought of swallowing my own tongue and it felt so heavy in my mouth that I almost offed myself smh.
Thank you for posting this exercise. I feel so happy that you have steered me to a way that I can become an active agent of my own health. Every few years, I develop a terrible bronchitis that can last for 6 to 8 weeks. The “wet” cough is ugly, especially in these days of Covid and keeps me from going to places where I am around people. I don’t like medicines and home concoctions are rarely effective. This exercise significantly cleared my lungs in two days and greatly brightened my outlook. Great explanation.
Go with #3. Peel and eat 3 fresh oranges. Use a 3 inch stack of paper napkins to expel the mucus you cough and hack up- for at least 30 minutes. Never swallow this mucus or what I call 'morning head cheese'. Do all this while checking E-MAIL. Then go back to sleep for 2 hours. If you start at 4:30 it will work, plus feed the cats for the uninterrupted 2 hour beauty sleep. Always buy extra napkins.
Adding these techniques to my respiratory health routine. Even my first clumsy attempts today, help me clear some mucus. Much rather have it in a tissue than blocking my air ways. I didn’t go searching fir this but I am very glad I found it.
Those faces you made cracked me up!! It gave me the giggles & I laughed til I cried, so needless to say, I cleared out mucus from my sinuses & my lungs🤣. Thank you🙏
It's not "creepy" your phone and probably some alexa device you stupidly put in your house are listening to every move you make 24 hours a day and serving up ads to make money off us all and manipulate us all. Everyone with a smart phone has a surveillance device with them 24 7. It even uses a robot in the camera to "learn" human behavior and analyze your facial expressions through face rec and serve ads based on your feelings. The camera watches your every move. THAT'S CREEPY. Watch the movie "The Social Dilema"
Holy moly that worked ! Earlier in the day I threw out my back from coughing up a ton of brown phlegm. Was trying to go to sleep now and hsd a hard time breathing, found this video...boom cleared my chest thank you. 😊
When I had swimming lessons I accedently breathed in a large amount of water and this actually really helped me get the water out if I leaned over so my lungs were upside down. What I'm basically saying is this video was really helpful and I am way more comfortable now because I think I got most of the water out!!
I thought my throat was just so badly enflamed and that's why I could never speak with a sore throat. Now I realize I was mostly full of phlegm. Makes sense since every cold I got as a kid seemed to be followed by around a week of coughing up the stuff!
This is excellent! I also recommend doing long 'Om-like' sounds (strictly for health practice, no 'oneness' mumbo-jumbo' here for my Christian peoples -the Lord comes to separate and we have no power in such process😉), Holding this long 'Oh or Ho or 'HOME' sound'👍 is rarely recognized for it's very-fast health benefits, the vibrations when holding a consistent healthy tone works wonders on the lungs throat and thyroid gland. Great for cardio too. Practice doing it as long as you can! Watching a second timer and increasing on your record until you reach a minute if you can. For my dubious Christian peoples... Try thinking of these long holds as a sort of fasting for the Lord, your flesh will call for you to take a breath and interrupt you, deny it. Control the body or the body will control you! Give it to the Lord to do his will. 1 Corinthians 10:31, -whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God.
Interesting! I suppose any vibrational sound would work. Saying Om over and over would make me feel like I was worshiping a God. 😬 Thanks for this! It makes sense to me, and I will give it a try. ❤️
@@georgekrats2573 That’s why I said “I suppose any vibrational sound would work,” because saying Om would make me feel like I was worshipping a God, so of course, I will *not* be saying Om. Sorry for the confusion. :) Thank you for suggesting I’m not a true Christian? Is that the kind of response that you assumed Paul would recommend giving? In correcting others, Paul says we’re to be gentle and kind. Christians *do* make mistakes and some *do* open doors to evil -this is typically done out of ignorance rather than a lack of faith. Also, a *true Christian* is known by their *love* towards others. ❤️
Hey Jason, that last technique Huff and cough is I am already using it for years now. Actually I naturally found this technique by myself and its really helpful. Bravo!

A year ago when COVID started there was a British couple on holiday cruising on Princess. They both developed the virus and where ultimately transferred to a Japanese hospital. His wife's case was not as severe. Both survived. He did a TH-cam video telling of their experience.

@@jongoin4404 I honestly don’t know why it works.
What’s copd? Thanks

@@edricawebb1578
Yeah... the OP pretty much said that the technique is... "Much more effective when one is well hydrated."
The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%."
The lungs are 83% water, the highest of any organ in the body. Why on Earth, with all of these viruses attacking the lungs, would we not promote super-hydration?
@Coolerthan Afrieza
The purpose of drinking juice & eating watery foods, like soups... is to provide nutrition in addition to maintaining hydration.

You can do it bro. I stopped after 10 years.

OMG!
This is an amazing technique, instant relief from a horrible phlegmy cough!
Thank you soooooo much
Adding these techniques to my respiratory health routine. Even my first clumsy attempts today, help me clear some mucus. Much rather have it in a tissue than blocking my air ways. I didn’t go searching fir this but I am very glad I found it.
I’ve seen a doctor claim all sickness starts with flem and congestion. Breathing is also very important
Breathing is very important?? Fck me, who'd of thought it??
@@haramsbae1507 yes, if you don’t breathe you die , that’s what I heard.
Dr. Sebi
@@faithfulservant2364 Exactly!
@@haramsbae1507 So you take deep breaths and hold it in for 5 seconds and breathe out slow 24/7? foh troll
I’ve had a horrible cough and rattly chest for days, and this was instantly helpful.
I have had a bad cough for the past 4 weeks or so, hope this helps.
Try blowing up a balloon for a few minutes every morning.
Use a new balloon everyday.
Godspeed.
I had Pneumonia last Christmas still have breathing problems new subscriber here ill try this thanks 😊
I feel like this is a VERY helpful video for us when we are struggling with these issues! Thank so much !
The 2nd technique worked for me😀👍
This cleaned up my jockey itch overnight, thank you so much!
Very humorous and informative. Love this!
Those faces you made cracked me up!! It gave me the giggles & I laughed til I cried, so needless to say, I cleared out mucus from my sinuses & my lungs🤣. Thank you🙏
Wim Hof... He has an amazng technique for oxygenising your body.
Yes, i'm surprised that so far nobody told us these technics.. life can be simple. It's almost revolutionary!
Cuz it sucks peeon

I used his technique when I was acutely ill with covid last March. I believe it helped keep me from needing to go to the hospital.
Been coughing for two weeks and this has given me instant relief ❤️❤️❤️❤️
No idea how TH-cam knew I was sick and recommended this to me. I wasn’t searching anything about being sick. Kinda creepy. Good video though!
Yiu must be having android phone
Same thing happened to me!
That was God buddy, He just loves us that much
@@JoyOfTheLORD. Amen! And I love Him too. ❤️
Exactly the same for me!
Que doctor tan mas simpatico, me ha caido muy bien! Ah y los ejercicios funcionan!
This is excellent!
I also recommend doing long 'Om-like' sounds (strictly for health practice, no 'oneness' mumbo-jumbo' here for my Christian peoples -the Lord comes to separate and we have no power in such process😉),
Holding this long 'Oh or Ho or 'HOME' sound'👍 is rarely recognized for it's very-fast health benefits, the vibrations when holding a consistent healthy tone works wonders on the lungs throat and thyroid gland.
@@PeaceIsYeshua thats a false god.dont do it.A true Christian would know better.
@@georgekrats2573
That’s why I said “I suppose any vibrational sound would work,” because saying Om would make me feel like I was worshipping a God, so of course, I will *not* be saying Om. Sorry for the confusion. :)
Thank you for suggesting I’m not a true Christian? Is that the kind of response that you assumed Paul would recommend giving? In correcting others, Paul says we’re to be gentle and kind. Christians *do* make mistakes and some *do* open doors to evil -this is typically done out of ignorance rather than a lack of faith. Also, a *true Christian* is known by their *love* towards others. ❤️

God bless you. 💜
You are so adorable. You made me laugh. Which is another way to get the phlegm moving.
Thank you so much. I’ve been doing these breathing exercises for the morning and I feel almost empty now.
After watching everybody’s lotion, potion and herb mixes I saw you. Thank you. Simple and helpful. You have good energy
Hey Jason, that last technique Huff and cough is I am already using it for years now. Actually I naturally found this technique by myself and its really helpful. I smoked almost for 12 years and I quit just before covid lockdown. But I am using the huff and cough technique to get rid of black TAR from my lungs from the last 10 years I guess. And i do it daily after brushing my teeth and I never thought that it could be healthy technique or it's safe to get rid of sputum. But after watching your video I am thinking I was right to do it. Thanks and cheers for your work and efforts.
I had pharyngitis a few weeks ago and had to do this because the phlegm was deep. It worked. It hurt to cough and my chest would rattle due to how hard I was coughing. Never felt that before. So this was a more relaxing way of clearing it out
Thank you so much Doctor!
In India, November month is just a few days away and due to season change I had chest congestion. Due to exercises recommended by you, my congestion is relieved. Thank you once again!
इस तकनीक से फेफड़ों में फसा बलगम बाहर निकलेगा क्या??
Thank you for this piece of knowledge you gave me. Now, I can breathe properly. it took me 34 years to solve this issue. my tonsils were removed when I was a child as a consequence of infection carried out by phlegm.
I've been doing this for over 100 years. It works and will make you live very long. =)
This is saving me during a current chest cold. Thanks!!!
I have asthma and congestion from the flu and these exercises immediately brought some phlegm up! God bless you sir!
Wow! I tried this now and it was so effective. This is so life saving! Thank you so much!
Hi! I have asthma, sometimes I can't sleep from all the noise coming out of my lungs. This video was simple and helpful. I just put it to work this morning and I got a lot of comfort from it. BTW, very cute some of the parts that weren't quite prepared. 🤗
Smoke some cannabis one or two puffs a day that will eliminate the asthma.
@@davidm4677 Thanks David but I am very allergic to it. I get all sorts of side effects that make the Asthma seem like nothing.

I'm at the tail end of a week of pharyngitis and bronchitis. I wish I'd seen this video last week because I really needed it then.
Having that horrific spasmodic cough is so awful and distressing.
Thanks Dr, I'm going to do these exercises now to help clear my lungs of the last vestiges of phlegm. I have mild COPD so anything that helps me breathe better is great.
Is it gone now
