    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

Every time my anxiety attacks I just go over with this channel and do chest blockage and mind tapping exercises. Later I feel lighter on my mind and relief on my chest. I have done this since March 23 (the day I received my 1st dose of Aztra vaccine because of unsolicited advice I got my anxiety was triggered) just like the good testimony of others, I am also living testament the wellness of this channel. To the owners, God bless your good soul. You have saved me from my worrier mind and grumpy heart!

This is magic! Anyone experiencing chest tightness should do this. Learning to breathe correctly is so important and I know so many people with anxiety that breathe from the chest. It’s no wonder they are clogged.

So maybe that’s what’s wrong with me , I don’t feel I know how to breath correctly and as we speak I’m going through chest pains or tightness when I move a certain way or strain . So should I breathe from the stomach?

When I did the first 5 seconds inhale and exhale with push and pull during exhalation and inhalation, suddenly got a big burping
A freedom suddenly by going deeper in breath rather than a shallow one
Thought of typing : Who the hell are you ? 🙄
But ended up typing : Who the heaven are you ? 😃
    Thank you 🙏

I usually breath through my stomach, it's a habit from years of Tai Chi, so i thought that this routine might be not so much for me... BUT
The part with the energy on the chest with eyes closed, I literally started crying.
Gonna buy the book pretty much now. Thank you.

I'm 28 now. When I was younger, I used to breath in my abdomen together with my chest. When I felt like breathing in my abdomen us kinda weird, I stopped it and started breathing in my chest only. No wonder why since then I'm always stress and bothered with my breathing. Thank you for sharing this knowledge! ❤️

      @BrainEducationTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Thank you Irene, for your kind comment. If you have pain and stiffness, that is a sure sign that something is VERY BLOCKED. Usually if your chest is blocked, it's due to emotional stress. Please keep tapping to break it up and breathe it out of your chest through your mouth. Repeat this for even 5 minutes a day and you'll feel a difference.

Sometimes when I release energy, especially if I do it quickly, I start to dry gag. Like for example, I started to gag when I rubbed the Jongwan point. And it keeps happening when I feel the energy rise and the only way my body wants to get it out is by gagging.
