Just came from Rory's channel seen the extend work you did on the 29 Ford. You just earned my respect and got yourself a new subscriber
Awesome, thank you!
Me too 👍🏽👍🏽
Me three 😂, ok not really but welcome this channel is cool!!
Awesome you took the words right out of my mouth
Same here great work 💪
"Have Hammer, Will Travel" That's Howling Nice Work!
That needs to be put on a shirt!!!
@@rockabillychavez that would be cool!
Came here after watching Rory, Sean, and Mike build…
Man that body line filler panel you whipped up was slick!!
Thank you
Saw Rory’s chan. Thanks for helping out, your an awesome tin fabricator Hector.
Y'all are definitely my all time favorite collaboration on u tube. It seems like y'all have known each other and worked together for years. The way you made those body lines with a hammer on the edge of the table is exactly what I would have done. When I need a shape I find something in the shop that's close and bang the metal around it. Great work. Keep on howlin Hec!
Thank you
The matching of body lines are amazing,! Robby will love detail! Hillbilly will actually fit in the truck for the win. Well done!
Just finished watching Rory & the crew, then you upload one. Great job on Robby's truck keeping the lines right is the hard part. It's surprising how much more room comes from 6" extension.
A Dirtbilliegoat rockpeckerfish sent me .
🤣🤣🤣
With a set of friends like rori,Shawn, Mike and robby you can't go wrong...
Plus your amazing skills and vision will help grow your channel...!!!!
Kool Wrecker, you rocked the extension...
Your one of the boys now..life just got better..Keep Howlin
I can't wait to see how this build turns out. I think it's going to be the coolest off road wrecker ever!
We think it's going to be cool too!
I want it all built out..... Then a Sema quality paint job.😊
I want it all built out..... Then a Sema quality paint job.😊
Great job on that cab, dude. I hope that you will be the one to finish up that roof that's the 1 I'm looking for. I would also like to see it complete Collaboration between you and robbie leightonthat would be like totally awesome
Hector , you left an amazing impact on this old truck 👍
Thanks for taking us along.
I can't wait to see it done.
Great job all working together and making it happen
I think it's pretty good you guys help each other . When I lived in Utah and was off roading my buddys and I always helped each other 👍👍👍👍
Hector you're doing what you do best which frees up Rory, Sean and Mike to do what they do best (and they don't have to worry about it).
Like, comment, thumbs up. Gj
To make those panels look rusted like the rest, make a 50/50 mix white vinegar hydrogen peroxide add salt shake it up till salt has dissolved. Then spray on a hundred years of rust in a few minutes.😊
Thank you so much for showing me a side of you guys that I've never seen before😊😊
I love seeing that type of fabrication. You do nice work.
Not sure if you’ve ever watched Rat Rod Bob’s channel but he does a cool detail on body panels where he makes the welds look like stitches that come out really neat. Not saying that’s what needs done here but it never hurts to have another technique to the skill set. 🤷♂️I thought making it a crew cab would have been awesome!
LOVE SEEING ALL YOU TALENTED FRIENDS WORKING AND HAVING FUN!!
Great job.... Very nice Work...
1/4 windows would've been pretty cool.
Ya, you're right, it coming out really cool looking.
Trail Mater is going to be jelly. Lol
Very nice work.
Like your creativity Hector.

Hey Howlin Wolf Garage! Cool vid Hector! Greetings from Vancouver British Columbia Canada! Keep Howlin! Ride ride ride!
Thank you
Youa re very talented. Well done on the CAB extension... looks really nice....
Hey Hector, if you want to do the same on my 46 Chevy in be happy to let ya! Haha but honestly this is a great episode for me to watch. It gives me the idea of how to start the cab extension on my truck. I think6-10 inches would be great. Give me the leg room and maybe even a bit of room for storage behind the seat!
I like the way you made those side panel by hand looks great
Hector you underestimate yourself a lot. You are good at what you do if you weren't I guarantee Rory wouldn't have you helping him on projects.
I have been a subscriber since you first started working on ol blue. I love how you do the old school style.
Thank you
amazing job , especially just using the simple hand tools and a claw hammer. thx for helping on this cool project hopefully you can make it back to do some more work on it.
Nice job wolf, your walking the dog and planting seeds all at once.
Now that’s talent & looks great!
Good work Hector. What you and Rory have is called vision, if you can picture it in your mind you can do anything.
Thank you!
Great work! A very cool project, indeed.
I really enjoy watching what you do it seems more realistic to what someone would just regular tools could do without anything fancy and you’re very creative and clever, in the way that you do this thank you very much for the entertainment
Thank you very much!

Yep! Trail Mater team is one of the most enjoyable to watch. No fluff.. Just… This is what it is.
Fine job. 😅It would have been nice to see you problem solve filling it in completely, but understandable.
You fit right in with a great bunch. Love the attention to the little details.
Thank you, they are a blast to work with!

Fantastic body work can't wait to see you do the roof.👏👏🇺🇲🇺🇲👍🇬🇧
Saw the dedicated work on OL' BLUE; impressed on this 29A cab 6" extension -- perfect length. From an engineer to an ARTIST!
Started watching your channel once ol blue was handed over to you and I must say I love how talented you are with these old school rides. You are a wonderful fit when you collab with trail mater and I can’t wait to see more.
That's awesome, thanks for the support! I hope we get to do more!
great job.
nice!!
Like the idea of a go truck that is an old school American truck like this. Not a restoration, a creative look and function though. Those body lines are going to be your signature touch🗿👽🗿👽🗿
I saw your work on Rory's channel, and I have to tell you that you sir are incredibly talented
Thank you
Seen Trailmater's version. Had to see it from your pov. What you did to this is amazing. Thanks to your help it looks SICK!!! 👍 A crewcab would be so rad,,, can't wait to see what you convert to 4-doors,,,192?
You are one cool dude.. Dude..hahah
You can add a rust patina by adding table salt to hydrogen peroxide, brushing it onto steel. It’s very fast acting
You can also use it to do a base rust layer, then boil the part in water. It’s old school rust blueing and makes a beautiful gloss black finish on the part after carding with a wire brush
I want to try this one day
Focus and patience equal success. Well done
Very nicely done, all in all from the actual extension to the interaction between y'all 👍😀👍 God bless 😁🙏
Great Job on the Wrecker.. Hector..
Keep up the great work you do.
That’s a great bunch to be involved with. I know they all appreciate your talents on their build..
Stay Safe in your travels..
MWP Cosby Tn
Thank you. Those guys are the best
Just subscribed. Watched you do the wrecker and what a great job. You have my upmost respect with working with what you have. In my previous life "now retired" you remind me of how I got started building open wheel race cars. I made do with what I had and as I moved forward I would purchase tools to help me be a better builder. One step at a time. I'm from INDY and have meet some famous fabricators and they all started with what they have. Keep it up "Old School". I'm enjoying your videos. Best of luck to you.
That's awesome, I love hearing those kinds of stories! I always say I would love to get cool new tools but I don't know if I would know how to use them as well haha! Thanks for your support!
This one is the ultimate rat rod wrecker, nice!
I liked you put near expertise in helping this project. Go forward on the old school record .

Nice job,you belong with those guys
This truck is gonna be awesome
Cool to see your version of this job
The intro of the truck reminded me of watching Monster Garage as a kid. You work gives me inspiration for when I do body work on my k10 keep up the great work
That truck needed that 6” it looked really tight in the cab
Keep your Chanel down to earth every one else starts making money to fast goes to far
Nicely done sir
Thank you!
The howlin wolf garage shirt looks good on Rory.
Hector, you are Good People
Love you guys save some history
I am Digging it also ! Thanks for sharing !
One thing you might want to try to get the rust even is use a spray bottle with some diluted vinegar and after de-greasing the newer metal spray on some of the vinegar and it will rust then to stop it once you get it to what you want spray it down with some water mixed with backing soda to stop the vinegar.
I have never tried, but I have always wanted to do something like that
Sew stitches into the welds
Your channel is getting better.
Excellent work on the Truck
