    I tried it and I like it! Especially the tapping of the intestinal "heart". I could feel a shift in my energy that felt really good.

    I used this technique on my son's head when he accidentally slipped out of my hands as I brought him up out of the bath. He landed on the bathroom tiles and had a huge egg on his parietal. He spent the night in hospital and I was with him all night, doing the technique several times. By morning the lump was gone.

    Is there a recommended length of time for which this should be performed (in total & for each area)?

      HomerSimpson411 it’s about a 2-5 minute process depending on how big your head and hands are, since the number of rounds of tapping are determined by how many times you have to move your hand to a new part of the head. :)

      I do a good solid two deep breaths for each tapping position.

    I would like to know if besides doing those exercises I also need help for healing and hydration that at the moment my body is not absorbing the amount of water I drink and I am suffering from chronic dehydration and thank you so much I just find out about this technique like 15 minutes ago and I’ve been looking for something like for long time

    Sorry is me again can you tell me if the technique can also help healing the body I mean pain ad also my whole body is very unbalanced from top to bottom inside and out and my mental health also the whole enchilada like they said. My life changed since I had COVID and the nightmare started and I have not be able to find any help with anyone so I am on my own trying to be alive and looking anywhere and everything that can help me feel better nothing until now I hope this new technique will help me balance my whole body and let pass this nightmare and get my life back and thank you again

      Sorry to hear that you feel that you are alone, you are not there will be many who will wish you well even though they may not have an answer to satisfy your pain... Not having more information I feel that most will find it hard to advise you as they will not know the cause of your discomfort, so for now the most that can be shared is to wish you well and to include you in our thoughts, and those thought vibrations see no boundaries therefore will reach you wherever you are...

      @@johnwest8519 I’ve been applying this technique for a while and I haven’t seen any changes regarding the most important symptoms that is really affecting my whole body and is dehydration of I know that how to applied that technique maybe my brain response is better than today
