    Finally a good video for those of us just getting back into fitness after a long illness. I kept injuring myself trying traditional style workouts. This looks more like physical therapy.

      I did one round & I’m tired!!! I’m outta shape!! Ohhhhh my legs burn.. gonna knock out the other 2 sets🫣

      Yes, this is a mix of strength training and physical therapy. These bands work out the muscles differently, more gently than the big machines at the gym. I will try not to do too many exercises at first.

      I got hurt several times with the big machines at the gym. I have seen strong women use them, but I am not one of those I guess, lol. Pulled muscles are not much fun. I think you have to really know exactly how to do these exercises with the machines and not overload the weights. These stretch band exercises are safer for women.

      I know this comment is three years old but hard agree! I have been looking for workouts that are good for people with spine problems and this felt so amazing!
      As in the burn and pain all felt like the "right" kind of burn and pain 😂

    Absolutely thrilled to see her explain first. I normally watch a workout video first instead of stumbling through. So when she spend the first part of each circuit going through the correct form for each set it was so helpful. I didnt mind pausing and rewinding if necessary it timed right with the breaks

    73 yrs . Only did the circuitc1 time to start. Haven't excersise for awhile so getting back into it without to much pain. Will increase every 2 days. Good workout

    Thank you kind lady😊. Had just started working out when the virus hit. Hadn't worked out for at least 10 years. So happy to find a "beginners" work out that wasn't a joke or so difficult you quit from just viewing the intro🤣!

    This young lady is a great coach ,for many years i was into bodybuilding, I bought my first resistance band recently and love it to bits ,now my goal is to be skinny and fit ,the bands are incredibly good to use..

    Great workout. I am quarantined and missing my GYM workouts but this is a great resistance workout. I am a young 73 and work out consistently in addition to being a yogini and yoga instructor

    I’m an ambulant wheelchair user and these exercises are just what I have been looking for. Because I have to pace myself, I do 1 set of each breakfast, lunch and dinner and I am starting to feel a difference. The only thing I would say I would personally want is an alternative to the star jumps.

    I received as a gift this workout bands, and I didn't know how to use it, finally I found this wonderful program to use it correctly, and I fall in love doing it, after being ill for a long time, trying to get back to my exercises, but first I need to strengthen my weak muscles using the light band, it is fantastic! I feel very happy about it. Thank you!

    Just started and this was great for my joints and back. Well, back is stiff but better than most exercises than I have tried. Super happy I tried this & will do this for a few days. Yes, I am 6 years late.
