This workout is magic. It instantly releases the tension in my lower back.
This is the second time I have done this workout. I did the first one on Tuesday and it is Friday. I needed those days of rest as my muscles were wobbly and I had to go down the stairs side stepping down as going down in the regular way made me feel too unstable. I also had difficulty moving my arms above my shoulders. This is only 10 minutes long and completely worth it as I can go on with my day instead of spending 30 minutes to an hour trying to acheive a well rounded resistance band workout. I love workout, I can feel it working everywhere and I am definitely going to keep coming back to this one. Thank you !

This was great really worked my muscles
I just got my resistance bands this week and I thought this was easy for a beginner. I just tried it with 10lbs and I was sweating like a pig but I loved it so much!
