    Thanks. That was good, the first time I've used a resistance band. The very last pose, bending down to rest the head on the calves, I couldn't reach as I'm not flexible enough. The other movements I found doable yet made me breathe hard and feel toned up. Thank you for the helpful video. 👍🏼

    Does the resistance band makes your stomach flat.; I find your exercise very helpful and easy: I had polio when I was 9 days old

    Here’s the thing. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

    How do you now kill your hands while holding bands? The way the bands are tied makes me feel like my hands are moving in an unatural way. Hopefully i get better at this!

    How do you wrap the bands around your hands? My band rolls and becomes tight in my palm.

      When wrapping, try to keep the band as flat as possible and keep the section on the top of your hand a little more loose. Focus on the grip of the band in your palm.

      Hi there! The Band Pull Apart at 01:34 targets the chest. Throughout all exercises you will want to maintain a strong core, roll shoulders back and keep chest up to maintain proper posture. Hope this helps. Happy training! -Team GoFit

    Do you guys have a smaller length band? I cant pull it if I rap it around my hands, do you have to?

      Hi Christina! We do not offer a shorter flat band at this time. Be sure to speak with your physician before beginning any fitness workout or exercise program to make sure it is right for you. You may want to start with a Lighter Resistance Flat Band to build up strength and endurance before moving to the heavier flat bands we offer. Wrapping the band around your hands is preferred to avoid the band slipping or snapping out of your grip. When wrapping, gently wrap the band around your hand, do not make it too tight. You can also adjust the resistance by how close, or far apart, your hands are. For more information, please email our helpful customer service reps at customerservice@gofit.net.

    is 8 min enough? or we should repeat this same workout couple of times?

      It is up to you! The most important thing is to listen to YOUR body (and your doctor) when beginning a new exercise program or workout. Since there are many levels of fitness, it just depends on where you are in your fitness journey and how you’re feeling that day. Happy training!

    It's funny how she acts like it's hard for her to do these exercises when it's easy as eating a piece of pie . Which is exactly what I'm doing watching this eating pie
