    I am 58. After nearly two weeks of sickness and laying in bed, my gluteus had disappeared, my legs were skinny. After one week of this Pilates workout I am surprised about the results. Thank you, Julia. I will continue to exercise and use a mix of your Pilates and yoga workouts. I love it.

    I love this workout. I have 3 kids and no time for long workouts. This one is perfect for my body. I instantly see results and it never gets easy!

    I haven't done pilates in about 30 years give or take and this proved to me that I definitely need it in my life. This made me push myself and test my muscles. I am excited to continue integrating it in my workouts and improving my strength. Thank you for a quick strengthening and stretching workout after my cardio.

    I laughed myself through the workout cause I just can't do most of them today 😂😂😂 I was so frustrated and very sad in these couple days, but I just LOVE IT!!!! It amazingly boost my mood!! I don't know why haha

    Last week I started to do this workout everyday. First I wanted little to much and then had to be careful with my shoulder and thigh muscle.. But now I allready see results, my posture has improved and my back pain is almost gone. This is amazing, thank you so much! ❤️

    This is literally the best short abs workout I've ever done. I can actually feel my muscles working and I also don't feel that exhausted. It's great!

    Amazing workout! Just like all the ones before! I like with the older videos when you keep the repetition number somewhere in the corner of the screen. It keeps me motivated, it feels like I can do it! Would be great if you could add them to your new videos as well. 💪🏽❤️

    Short, effective, intense, and calm (: when I want to work my abs and stretch to my whole body, I do this workout. While working on the gluteus, abs are firing! This is the best combination that focuses on those muscles together with whole-body simultaneously

    Your videos are really great and I'm following them for more than 1 year. Regarding this video, the big disclaimer is that if you're not too fit, these exercises with the legs can cause quite a lot of back pain..at least for me it did:(

    The greatest abs routine. It really teaches you to not engage the back. I have a herniated disc and experienced no pain to this (which is quite unusual) ! Thank you

    I'll love it if you want to put some of your old Videos back on. there was one with Bikini. i loved them because they were exercise able to do and i have chronic pain and that was great to do for me because movements were i could and egt thought great i hope you know put on it gr egt thank you you have been an eye opener for it is difficult to pick up again lately
