Anyone no how AMSOIL signature series compares to liqui moly molygen new generation I’m considering liqui moly cous it’s alittle cheaper like $20 for a full 5 quarts
Both AMSOIL Signature Series and Liqui Moly Molygen New Generation are high-quality engine oils. It's always a good idea to do some research and read reviews to see which one suits your needs and preferences better. More DIY & Mods coming soon, Please LIKE & SUBSCRIBE and Thanks for watching!!!👍
base stock (group4) requires a specific price. Once you see enough oils in that price range, you will realize the quality. The group3 or lower stocks require more additives to make up for the poorer stock quality. If it is only $20 for 5 quarts, you can tell what class of oil it is just based on price. If you are changing it at 3000 miles anyway, it don't matter. Oil quality should also based on your priorities. If you want the best of the best for a high performance daily/motorsport severe duty type vehicle, only Redline or Amsoil Signature will do at least in USA.
In general here in Australia, Amsoil is typically double the price of other high spec oils. For example in the 5W30 range: Amsoil signature series for 4.726L the cost is $174.90 AUD which is $116.34 USD (at todays rates) For 5 litres of Molygen the cost is $94.99 AUD (full retail) which is $63.44 USD (at todays rates)
The original oil that I drained was about only 1500km to 2000km old, I really want to try this Molygen oil, that is why I don't mind replacing my barely new oil in my engine. Nice one kuya 🤘🏼
Salamat sa suporta!!!👍
Used this oil since I got my car . Got it used with 42k miles and changed it every 5k miles with molygen . Don’t cheap out on your 29.99 oil change cause the oil does matter
Oil does not matter. I've been running antifreeze as motor oil for the last 400k miles no problems thus far.
add Ceratec....
Adding Ceratec is not recommended by Liquimoly, Molygen oil are already balanced design by Liquimoly, No additives needed.
Thanks for watching!!!👍
@@edcardiy good to know. I usually use regular Moly oil with Ceratec and it works like charm
Probably it's ok, But for me I would be afraid that if it's too slippery inside the engine, it might loosen up something in there and create problem in my engine.
@@Iwo26 Molygen as ceratec into it, that's why it's not recommended
Anyone no how AMSOIL signature series compares to liqui moly molygen new generation I’m considering liqui moly cous it’s alittle cheaper like $20 for a full 5 quarts
Both AMSOIL Signature Series and Liqui Moly Molygen New Generation are high-quality engine oils. It's always a good idea to do some research and read reviews to see which one suits your needs and preferences better.

base stock (group4) requires a specific price.
@@LoveLikeaHurricane According to "Project farm" who did an oil comparison test a few years ago,
Amsoil came first, followed by Pennzoil.
In general here in Australia,
Amsoil is typically double the price of other high spec oils.
For example in the 5W30 range:
Amsoil signature series for 4.726L the cost is $174.90 AUD which is $116.34 USD (at todays rates)
For 5 litres of Molygen the cost is $94.99 AUD (full retail) which is $63.44 USD (at todays rates)
Excellent video as usual, Thanks!
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad that you enjoyed the video, You guys are the best!!!
The best oil
I agree, Thanks for watching!!!👍
How old was the original oil that you swapped out?
The original oil that I drained was about only 1500km to 2000km old, I really want to try this Molygen oil, that is why I don't mind replacing my barely new oil in my engine.
But you can see on the video that it is better than my original Castrol Edge 5w40.

@@edcardiy follow up after the current oil is 2000km old and look at fuelconsuption. 👍
Nice video.
Thanks for the comment, I really do appreciate it.
Thanks for watching!!!👍
Amsoil would likely beat it in real tests.
Probably, Thanks for watching!!!👍
if you like Liqui Moly you are going to Like Amsoil Eurpeon formula even better. Its a even better oil.
Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind and Thanks for watching!!!👍
I'd never add anything to any oil, additives are BS.
Well with this oil (molygen) you don't need additives, it's already mixed in by liquimoly.

You said you’re trying “this new oil. “. It’s not new. It’s been around for a while.
He said in quotes “new to me”
use original oil ... additives are made for that engine... test were done with oem oil...liqui molly is much more expensive
Ok.
Expensive oil
Almost same price as the branded synthetic motor oil (castrol, mobil 1, quaker state). But it's worth it, because of less friction & better gas mileage.
Thanks for watching!!!👍
If you think that is expensive,
Wait until you find out how much Amsoil is...
What is the best ligui moly oil for lpg engine? I drive opel meriva 1.6 2007 year and it is lpg system from 10 km. Now it is 152000 km (if they are real :-) )@@edcardiy
What about adding eg Ceratec or Ceramizator or Ceramizer ? The little 10ml tube
Liqui Moly says do not use ceratec, it competes with the tungsten
