Yup, the Liquimoly Molygen does lessen the engine noise by reducing friction inside the engine, Some people doesn't know about the engine noise test I did on the video, They think is BS, They don't understand that by reducing noise the friction inside the engine is much less.

I once tried the Special Tec AA 5w20 in my Nissan Rogue. It is one of the many more modern vehicles that is direct injected and this stuff is formulated with that in mind. In particular the part formulated for direct injected engines is a different anti wear additive less likely to contribute to low speed preignition which is a common problem in direct injected engines. I would use it again and am thinking of getting it again for my vehicle. I may even try the Molygen 5w20. Before I got the Nissan I had a 2013 Passat with the 2.5. I really liked that car but I was afraid it was developing a transmission problem and got rid of it before it is too late. The Nissan was my mothers and she had passed away and that was a good chance for me to take it as mine. It is a 2017 Rogue Sport. It comes with the 2 liter rather than the 2.5 in other models. At times it is easy to realize it is just 141 HP. Without the CVT that would be a lot more obvious as more people leave me in their dust!!

@@edcardiy It's true. This is not a real fully syntehtic oil. The difinition of fully syntehtic depends on the country/region. The US allows manuafturers to put "Fully Synthetic" on the bottle even if it's a hydrocracked oil (very refined tho) and can NOT be marketed in Europe as fully synthetic. BUT in this case they actually don't state even for the US that it's fully synthehtic (At least on their webpage!) they say it's made with "Synthetic Technology" which is Europe is not considered Fully Shynthetic, so they came up with the "Synthetic Technology" marketing thing. LM has only 2 car angine oils in the US market (according thir webpage) which are really Fully Synthetic: "Synthoil Race Tech GT1" and "Synthoil Energy A40".

If you want to use liquimoly oil saver, then just add it on regular synthetic oil from liquimoly instead of the molygen oil, Liquimoly doesn't recommend adding additives on molygen oil.

base stock (group4) requires a specific price. Once you see enough oils in that price range, you will realize the quality. The group3 or lower stocks require more additives to make up for the poorer stock quality. If it is only $20 for 5 quarts, you can tell what class of oil it is just based on price. If you are changing it at 3000 miles anyway, it don't matter. Oil quality should also based on your priorities. If you want the best of the best for a high performance daily/motorsport severe duty type vehicle, only Redline or Amsoil Signature will do at least in USA.

      In general here in Australia,
Amsoil is typically double the price of other high spec oils.
For example in the 5W30 range:
Amsoil signature series for 4.726L the cost is $174.90 AUD which is $116.34 USD (at todays rates)
For 5 litres of Molygen the cost is $94.99 AUD (full retail) which is $63.44 USD (at todays rates)
