Are you sure you drain all the coolant from the radiator petcock? On my 2005 E60 530d, it doesn't come out near half of the coolant. You might have ended up with liquid mixing with water, antifreeze and liquid moly chemicals in your system.

Olá, entendi perfeitamente o metodo utilizado para limpeza (flushing). A minha questão reside sobre misturar para alem do ceratec ao novo óleo com o outro aditivo tapa fugas. A minha viatura tem alguns anos, sem DPF, e apresenta fuga de óleo por baixo do bloco e a frio faz um ruído que indica algum desgaste. Li também que a liqui moly também tem a linha tratamento aos tuchos hidraulicos. Qual a sua opinião? O motor alberga 4L no total. Acrescentar à razão de 3,2 lt de óleo lubrificante, 300 ml de Ceratec e 500 ml de tapa fugas? Ou não é de todo aconselhável misturar estes dois aditivos da liqui moly em conjunto??? Grato pela atenção dispensada.

Did you disconnect the battery from the car first or did you just hook up the noco with the batteries connected to the car...? Also I wanted to find out if this noco automatically detects what type of battery it is like agm..etc? Or do you have to manually find what type of battery it is and select it manually..? Your info is greatly appreciated

This is why i stopped using torque wrenches. Torquing an oil drain bolt over time weakens the threads. that's why i only apply a minimal amount of torque. It is better for a bolt to be under tightened than over tightened with the exception of suspension and wheel components.

How do I know what kind of battery I have whether it's AGM or flooded. Etc? I don't wanna blow anything up & Is the 12 v battery supply suppose to continuously give the car juice.. for example..if I left my car in assessory mode( which generally kills the battery) this mode will.keep it alive and charging?

The instruction says for 80 amp hours battery it takes about 60 hours which is more than 2 days

doesn't the instructions say to let the engine get to operating temp before adding the flush? Like let it idle and warm up, THEN add the sauce, THEN wait 10-15 mins baised on level of contamination, THEN drain the oil?

You're comparing a 20 something dollars with a $79 battery I don't think that was a fair comparison it does what it says it's going to do plus you can use it outside it's been done before and if it goes bad well you're out 20 something dollars some people can not afford a expensive battery charger yes I understand $79 is not a lot but if you're going to do a comparison you need to do one that is priced the same price as the one you say it's a better charger just one man's opinion 😊

You used a CCA setting of 500 on the ancel battery tester. Did that match the actual CCA for this battery?

You would only see an improvement in fuel economy if the new oil is a better viscosity. Or if you went from 0w-20 to 0w-20 you shouldn't see a change. If you went from 5w-30 to 0w-20 then you should see an improvement in economy.

I used Molygen on my Audi q5 2916 and was very disappointed. Before my audi was consuming around 1liter of oil on 3000milesI was using regular Liqui Moly 5w-40 and right now after changing to Molygen I need to add around 1 litter after every 1000 miles.So think twice before doing this.I wouldn't recommend this product

I've been using LIQUI moly in my car after changing factory fill oil since my first change @ 150 miles. I'm very pleased with Liqui moly. car seems to be quieter at start up. And milage is amazing. Also using Bosch oil filter NOT oem fram the destroyer of engines. Just saying.

You need to give it time to work through out the engine.

Better test for oil impact is having the oil analyzed for metal and other contaminants, oxidation, and base depletion.

FYI, Honda OEM oil filters are manufactured by Honeywell, so it's a repackaged orange Fram filter. Anything is better than the OEM filter essentially.
