Hi ah pa, can you teach what is the correct way to freeze prawn shell and head? Must they be washed or etc before freezing? I always wonder if I should wash away the stuff inside the head or is that where the flavour comes from?
The black stuffs inside the prawns head is the “stomach”, u can wash that away if u want
Izzit possible to make it super concentrated, store it for a day and water down later to cook prawn noodle soup?
Recommended to make fresh prawns broth, just freeze Ur prawn shells
