Hallo Lawrent Chef.. Recipe ini sungguh bagus dan paling lenkap, jika u bubuh stock extra.. Kulit babi yg rebus dan pork lard, kuah u pasti menang Asia Chef.. Kam Shia. !
Rebus ayam Dan kentang selama 1 jam
1kg udang .buang kulit
Goreng kulit Sampai Naik bau
Blenda Dan masuk Kan dalam. Soup.patinya saja..secara Di ikat Kain
setelah 1 jam..soup rebus ayam..baru masuk Kan pati udang tadi
Sambal cili..cili Kering bawang merah/putih..belacan ..udang kering.dan Goreng hingga pecah minyak masuk Kan perasa
Goreng isi udang tadi..hingga masak Dengan kuali sambal tadi
Soup..keluar Kan tulang ayam Dan yam bean Dan pati udang tadi
Masuk Kan gula batu. sos ikan 4 sudu . 2 sudu sambal cili .masuk Kan garam Dan aji done

I think you can just omit the pig bones, chicken bones should be fine. I am not sure about beef bones because the taste is very strong.

That's a lot of work ! I'd rather just pay RM8 for a tasty bowl at a shop
If just to cook a simple portion its not worth it. But if you want to cook for 5 portions or more its worth it the time. Its more expensive if just cook 1 portion then eat out. By the way, u can do the soup and freeze them in portions.
