The great thing about this practice is that it won't put any pressure on your hands or writs. If you're working with injuries or just want to give your upper body some rest, this is a great 10 minute morning yoga practice. No table tops, no downward dogs and no plank poses.

      my word is Refresh - thank you for helping me start each day with a Fresh Beginning. These are tough times, made much easier with yoga and with you Kassandra. I think we don't appreciate enough the moments of stillness and gratitude during our days - now, we kind of have lots of those moments, and for me, I'm really appreciating them.       Yoga with Kassandra Thank you, this was just what my body (and mind) needed today. I really appreciate your work! Do you plan on making more of these “hands free” classes? I’m a dental hygienist so my wrists get A LOT of strain from working all day long and sometimes when I do yoga sequences that are downward dog and/or plank heavy it can cause discomfort. I’ve learned to just skip or modify poses to my own comfort level but having a longer sequence like this would be amazing! Thanks again, I hope you’re staying healthy and safe 💜

    My word is "boundaries" - setting a boundary around myself as I move throughout the day - not letting anything penetrate these feelings of zen, stillness, contentment, and certainty that I cultivated this morning on the mat :) Thanks Kassandra!     We often forget this when we thrive and flourish but in this trying times and in house quarantines we should remember that their is a God and he will not let us down. I just saw your videos 2 days ago and I have tried this since. I have never done Yoga and as I am a beginner, this is perfect for me. Love to you from the Philippines, Kassandra!

    My word is Healthy. Due to the current pandemic going on & the overwhelming anxiety/sadness that's grown in me, I've reverted to binging (something I haven't done in awhile) to cope. Binging on food of course has only layered on more negative feelings. I've only exercised once since the quarantine & could barely keep up with that workout which made me intimidated to try another one. Thank you so much for offering a short, but effective, session that did not deter me because it was just 10 minutes. I'm already feeling a lot better & plan on doing another one of your videos right now. I've tried yoga out before, but it has been really hard on my wrists (have a past injury), so I appreciate you providing an alternative. You are very thorough with your explanations & have such a relaxing voice which is perfect to gently start out my day. Keep doing what you're doing because you're helping a lot of people. Namaste 🙏

    My word is "worthy". After going through a period of anxiety and depression, I questioned my worth and I always put everyone and everything's needs above my own. Now that I am healing, I realize again that I am worth taking care of.

    Word for my day = "connectedness." I'm really enjoying spending this extra time with my youngest kiddo, who is 15 (2 others grown and flown). Today is Saturday, which always has been my favourite day of the week since I was a little kid, and it's sunny and warm - just like those happy spring days.     My word for today was "enough". I want to be enough. I want to do enough. I know I have some stressors chasing me today, so to strive for balance, or control och peace - just wouldn't be possible. So "enough" means to do what I can without striving for control or order. And to keep a forgiving attitude to myself.

    I love you, Kassandra. So damn much. Am training to become a Yin Yoga teacher with You, and have cured my husband's (newlyweds, we are, but he is in his 40's and me in my mid-twenties) back pain with your yin yoga for low back pain class. It is the only one on TH-cam that worked. Now I see it in my Yin Yoga book! In the sequences chapter. I love every one of your teachings so much. The video about Meridians changed my life entirely. Gave me so many new concepts to latch on. And to learn from. I also purchased the Moon 23-February Challenge, but finally had not the time to do it... Maybe I can start it in the next New Moon = a.k.a = tomorrow?? I love you so damn much. And, as working with a wrist injury that already healed, and with a tennis elbow that is still healing, while trying to prevent me from getting both of those in my other arm, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you posted this little invigorating class, and totally loved it. Specially the goddess flow.
    Will be doing the April challenge for your sake (while changing the wrist-pressure-putting poses to accommodate my needs and respect them fully).

    My word is “Accomplished”❤️ I love these “no hands yoga”. I have always wanted to try yoga but because of my disability I can’t use my arms as you need in an ordinary yoga class. These videos gives me the opportunity to do yoga and I love it❤️ Thank you for making it possible❤️

    I’ve never really done yoga before because I tended to get bored by it, but the past few mornings I’ve been doing your 10 minute morning yoga practices when I wake up and have been enjoying them so much. It’s nice to wake up my body in a gentle stress-free way, set my intentions and channel that energy throughout my day. I’m going to make an effort to make this a habit in my daily routine. This morning’s intention was peace. Thank you for these videos, your practices are the only ones I’ve found myself enjoying!

    Peace is my word. I'm in a lot of pain and other body symptoms from Lyme. I've had a rough few months and I have not been able to do my regular yoga practice because of vertigo and exhaustion. Last night I decided to go back to the beginning of my yoga journey and do maybe 10 minutes - or 5, or 1 - whatever I can tolerate of gentle, daily movement. I'm letting go of grieving for what I've lost and finding peace in what I have in this moment.
